Using the direct beach access, you will find beach volleyball, shore fishing, jet ski rentals, and much more. Just steps from the property, splash the day away at Shipwreck Island Waterpark, while next door at M.B. Miller County Pier, you can catch your dinner or enjoy the sites and see what all the local fishermen are reeling in.

THINGS TO KNOW
While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
Two complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas included.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great View and location
Great condo, very roomy! Amazing views! Very nice and comfy Queen bed in the additional room, comfortable king bed in the other room. Only thing was that the elevators took forever, master bed was hard and the master toilet kept stopping up. Overall was a great stay! We enjoyed it very much!!

Website for unit 801 Sterling Reef is not up to date. Rented based on website and once there the sleeping arrangements NOT as advertised and presented a HUGE inconvenience!!! Would NOT have rented if unit was at it actually is not as website!👎🏼

Good location, good communication for checking in and out, carpets were dirty and need to be cleaned thoroughly, outdated and not so clean furniture, only one roll of toilet paper and paper towels are included which is not ideal.
