Welcome to this gorgeous 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home with all new furniture throughout, thoughtfully designed to make you feel relaxed on vacation. With a pool, newly built deck & pergola and a game room, this house will be a perfect home base on your beach vacation! Just a 3-minute drive or a short walk and you will find yourself on one of the best sugar-white sand beaches in the world! Back at the house take a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool while you BBQ dinner and eat under the lighted pergola. Rain or shine, the newly renovated and air-conditioned garage game room offers a great place to unwind and bring out your competitive spirit with a ping pong table, a 60-game arcade, reclining couch with TV and plenty of board game fun for the entire family!

Minutes from several amazing restaurants, charter boat excursions and pontoon rentals. This location is perfect for making memories on your beach vacation!

The moment you walk through the door, we want you to feel at home. In the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, you will find plenty of seating including two very comfortable couches. The TV comes with YouTube TV included but feel free to login to any of your favorite streaming services. The kitchen is stocked with all you should need for your cooking desires.

The main floor master bedroom comes with a king bed, walk-in closet, attached bathroom with separate tub and shower as well as access to the pool and deck. Off the hallway from the master bedroom is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and a full bath. Two bedrooms have a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All three bedrooms have a smart tv with YouTubeTV included and dimmable USB lights to charge all of your electronics.

Try not to spend all of your vacation in the air-conditioned garage playing ping-pong, one of 60 classic arcade games on the cocktail arcade console or relaxing on the leather reclining couch watching the 75” TV!

Other things to note:
The maximum occupancy is 8 people. Exceeding this or having more overnight guests than was booked will result in a $250 fine and you will be asked to leave.

We have a strict no pet policy. There will be a $250 cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave if you bring a pet to the property.

There is a ring doorbell and ring floodlight camera above the garage for the safety of both the guest and host.

The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Host is not responsible for any injuries resulting from pool use.

Pool is not heated.

Grill is propane and a tank will be provided. Please clean the grill after each use to avoid an additional charge.

The driveway is big enough to fit 4 cars; there is no parking in the garage.

Check-in time is 4pm, check-out is 10am

Perfect family vacation spot!

This property is the perfect vacation home. The home looks just like the listing and Mr. Bob was the perfect host. Unfortunately there were double red flags our entire stay so we took advantage of the pool and the gameroom. The location is perfect. It is very close to St. Andrews and there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. Our favorite places were Panama Pizzeria, Triple J's Steakhouse, Andy's Flour Power Cafe, and Rudy's BBQ.

Beautiful home in a great location!

The house was nice and cozy full of entertainment for the family to enjoy and lounge around. We also enjoyed the pool. We loved that there were pool and beach stuff available to borrow. The beach is quick drive away. Bob was quickly available to answer any questions. Thanks for having us!

Wonderful house and fantastic host!!

Our family of 9 stayed here for a night and we were overwhelmed with the house. It is so new and modern. Great layout and plenty of room for everyone. The ping pong table was a huge hit!! Our host, Bob was super attentive as well. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Getaway

The house was amazing, clean, and so beautiful. So many awesome amenities were available. Location was perfect, it was only about an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Spring Break 2023

The house is beautiful and just like the pictures. We went over spring break. Very close to the beach. One day was rainy so we enjoyed the game room. The pool was nice. Only downside was the house next door is being built so it was a bit noisy when we were lounging by the pool. Overall this is a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend.
