Located at the family-friendly resort of Laketown Wharf, this beautiful condo #715 is ready to be your home away from home.

NOW OPEN: 810 BILLIARDS AND BOWLING!

That's right, 810 is right on the property! Enjoy bowling, billiards, arcades, food and beverages for all ages! We're very excited to have them partnered with our resort and know that they will provide hours of entertainment for everyone!

From our unit, you can see stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and Panama City Beach activities right from your balcony! Enjoy five pools, (one is heated seasonally), a miniature golf putting green, gym, nightly dancing water fountain show, and people-watching from the balcony.

The condo sleeps six and has air conditioning for the warm months and an electric fireplace for cooler times. Books and jigsaw puzzles are provided for all ages.

No more than four adults, please. The bunk beds are for two children.

SNOWBIRDS WELCOME!

Newly redecorated from top to bottom, this is a comfortable space to eat, play, and rest. Enjoy the Gulf views from anywhere in the living room! The kitchen is fully stocked and even includes a popcorn popper. (Bring your own kernals.) The bunk beds and ladder are designed for children. Please, no adults in those beds. The bunk beds have built-in bookshelves that house most of the books in the condo. They are for readers of all ages, from toddlers' board books to the older kids' chapter books, and books for adults. (Please do not exchange them for your own books.) Jigsaw puzzles are in the living room.

There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room that sleeps two. Two full bathrooms with tubs in both.

The balcony seats four with two small tables. During the day, the gulf is in full view from anywhere on the balcony and the living room.

Downstairs there are restaurants and a beauty salon. Chicken, ice cream, tacos, pizza, a full buffet restaurant at The Wharf, a breakfast bistro, and a candy store will keep you satisfied during your stay. Sunshine Grill at the pool has excellent burgers and fries!

There is a $87 resort fee which will be paid when you agree to the rental agreement. It covers everyone in the unit; there is no extra charge per person. It also covers up to two parking passes.

Wristbands and parking pass will be available in your welcome package when you go to the lobby upon arrival. The lobby is open from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. The person who signs this rental agreement will be asked to show ID. Guests will then have access to all public areas of the resort.

Even though I adore animals, guests are not allowed to bring them to Laketown Wharf. Also, we require that the person renting must be at least 21 and is staying in the unit. ID is required to pick up the welcome package upon arrival.

Great Stay and great Host

We stayed for 11 nights to celebrate The Feast Of Tabernacles and this condo was perfect for our family. Very close to everything (including Walmart basically next door). Connie was very accommodating and even checked in on us a couple times. I would mention that the pull out bed isn’t very comfortable, and very springy. We only used it one night. Otherwise, grateful for a great stay!

We were very happy when we arrived to find the condo looked exactly like it did in the pictures. The square footage was larger than most other condos we've stayed at. The unit was very comfortable and the location was great. Connie is the best host we've ever had. Communicated things going on at the complex, even comforting during a hurricaine scare. The unit is stocked with anything you would want or need.

Ideal getaway for our 25th anniversary

The property was clean and in great shape, and had everything we needed for our 11 day stay. We had a great time with the exception of a bit of inclement weather resulting in rip tide alerts for a couple of days but we were content to chill on the beach. The hosts were kind enough to check in to see how we were doing when a major storm front rolled through. Our stay happened to coincide in part with the annual Florida Jeep Jam which was occasionally a bit loud, but very entertaining. I recommend foregoing the usual tourist destination restaurants like the highly over-rated Captain Anderson's and trying the small local establishments. Definitely try "In Cahoots" for breakfast/brunch and "Candy Maker" for ice cream downstairs. Other establishments to try are "Fatty Patty's", "Alibi's Beach Lounge", "JAA's Kitchen" for excellent Jamaican food, "Jessie's Place", "Alice's on Bayview", "Angry Tuna Seafood", "Bella Roma Tuscan Grill", "Uncle Ernie's Bay Front", "The Shrimp Basket", "Hammerhead Fred's", "Sunrise Bakery", and "Pineapple Willy's". Of course no visit to PCB is complete without a trip to "Thomas Donut and Snack Shop". Get there early because the freshly made donuts go fast.

Family Trip

Connie was great to communicate with for my stay. Everything was really clean. The room was just as it was described. It was also an easy walk to the beach and right across the road from Pineapple Willies. Our family of five fit easily in the room. The views from the balcony were beautiful. My only complaint is that it was so cold on the beach this weekend. We can't wait to come back when it's warm!

Beach for Fall Break

This was our 2nd time coming for fall break and to Laketown Warf. We loved this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and responded well to messages! Our 5yr old twins love the beach and coming on fall break. We went to Zoo World one morning and it was awesome! A must do if you have littles, do the combo feeder cup. The walk to beach isn’t bad and easy to do with a beach wagon. We also celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay with a wonderful sunset dinner at Runaway Island. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location and wonderful host

I took my family on vacation recently and booked here. The location was perfect with the beach being right across the street, and the condo was very clean and had a beautiful balcony. We were highly pleased with our trip and how incredibly accommodating our host was, even going as far as to check in on us with a message here and there. I would absolutely book again. I had 2 children with me and they were beyond pleased with the options of different pools throughout the wharf. Definitely worth the price, and I would recommend without a doubt.
