I loved being a 1/4 mile from the ocean! And also so close to a grocery store. We cooked most meals at “home” in the kitchen. This rental had a keurig machine and lots of kcups. Most of the cabinet drawers are empty but there were plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The mattress is really hard. Maybe a foam mattress topper would help.

Such a good experience!

This property is 4 separate rentals all within one home which may seem cramped but this renter made the rental SPACIOUS! The home was so clean and up to date! We will be back!

Too many issues

Entrance to property wasn’t the easiest to find. All the dishes were dirty. It had a musty smell as soon as you walk in and you could smell sewage in the bathroom. The WiFi didn’t work. Coffee maker was broken but they did bring us a new one. Oven door wouldn’t close properly. Air filters were dirty in ac units and we had to clean them. Screw heads were sticking up out of drain in shower which could be a safety issue. Ants were everywhere. Only 2 towels/rags for a week stay. Ice machine didn’t work. Bathroom outlet doesn’t work. Bed was comfy but sheets smelled and had mildew stains. A worker came by to clean one of the other units and resolved the towel and coffee maker issue. I messaged the owner about some of the issues but she never responded. We cleaned the place just for it to feel better and we found things under the bed that gave away it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. If the people next door hadnt of checked out and someone come to clean, I don’t think any of our issues would have been resolved. We loved the location but not so much the landlord and the house itself.

We will be back!

Nice clean homey space. Very close to beach- we walked the first day but drove and parked the other days. Grocery right there and close to everything! Had WIFI and good TV for rainy days. I would ask for more towels for a stay of a few days. Lots of washcloths, but only three body towels. We actually bought and left two hand towels because there weren’t any. Bed very comfy. Big fridge to keep food- all the comforts of home! We will definitely share this stay with friends and will us win the future.

We’ve Have Stayed here a couple Years Ago We Love the Location and Close to Beach TV Keep Going in and Out We Never Got to Watch Anything Because We Would Start and It Would Loose Signal It’s Also Hard To Dry Your Hair When The Air Doesn’t Go No Where in the Bathroom Or Kitchen Small Air Works Great In Bedroom

Nice quiet area not far from the beach. Parking for apartment #4 wasn’t easy after apartment #3 renters got there, they took our spot and theirs. Parking for the rear apartments could use a change of how vehicles park. Just a suggestion. Over all we very much enjoyed our stay

Overall impression, the location was fantastic, and the house has some great qualities. However, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, the mattress was hard and cheap, and the place had ants in the bathroom.

Great location and proximity to beach and donut shop. (So good) Property management team very supportive and responsive. Space worked for us, with just enough of the basics. We would recommend this space for a couple who plans to speed time enjoying the beach and other local amenities. C

I've had such trouble with the check in process with most past rentals. This was my first VRBO and if at all possible will be the only booking service that I'll ever use. PERFECT...PERFECT...PERFECT!!!

Quaint Stay Near Beach

Quaint, 1B/1B walking distance to a less populated section of the beach with a local grocery store that’s also walking distance. Driving distance to Panama City, Rosemary, and Destin. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for a couple.

We liked the location. The cottage was cute plenty enough room for my husband and I. The only drawbacks were the door lock with code But we were able to get keys and in this unit was only a type couch we could really have used chairs but we made do this time
