Welcome to Twin Palms 1002

Our condo is a two-bedroom two bath beach residence that sleeps up to 6 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches to be wonderful. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Sometimes it seems like they're close enough to touch. Our condo is decorated for maximum comfort in a nautical color theme. We also wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. In other words, make this a home away from home. For our guests and us. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment:

We picked Twin Palms 1002 because it offers us a conveniently located yet quiet beachfront location in resort that is designed to be convenient for guests with some nice amenities. We think you’ll agree that Twin Palms 1002 can be your beach home away from home, where you and your family to enjoy a truly memorable beach vacation. If you want to make sure your family has the beach vacation you all deserve, give our rental manager a call or an email as soon as you can.

Guests of Twin Palms will be required to register for parking through the 3rd party vendor, Parknspot. Guests are able to register up to 2 vehicles for $40 per vehicle.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Off Season Vaca

Stayed the last week of April. The accommodations were excellent and management staff were very courteous. Unfortunately, a huge Harley Davidson Event was taking place at the same time of our vaca. Check out events before you book and understand that you are on the strip.

Great 1st time in Florida

I enjoyed this place very much. It was clean, smelled good and it was accurate to the pictures. The balcony was our favorite place. We had breakfast and dinner there. Enjoyed fireworks. The morning views of the storms that were coming thru was absolutely breathtaking with rainbows. I could go on and on about how much I enjoyed during my stay.

It was paradise!

The condo was wonderful!! The Devore was very fresh and tasteful. We had plenty of room. There was a little bit of noise from neighbors, but that’s condo life. We were close to everything. But the absolute best parts of the stay was the large balcony and the amazing beach!!! I loved it and I would stay again!

Loved it!

I loved the condo. It was spacious, clean upon arrival, great view and overall just good! I was happy to have cups, plates, utensils since we cooked more for our stay this year & everything worked as it should! The only negative I would have to say is didn’t like that I coupd see other balconies put guess that what happens when condos are close together. I would stay here again!
