Each renter will be issued 3 parking passes maximum. Summer and busy weeks renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

Please check your spam folder. - Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date. - Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

We were very unhappy with our stay over all we had lots of issues some were very hazardous such as the electrical outlets are all loose and sparking when something was plugged into them. The bunk beds were cracked and felt very unstable. The bathrooms had serious water damage. The dryers vent was extremely full and had a horrible smell thankfully we checked it before it caught fire. The air conditioner was barley running when we checked in and when we inspected the air conditioning unit it looked as the filter had never been changed and when we had the service repair man in her verified how clogged it was and that it was beginning to freeze up. The door handle was hanging by one screw to the patio and thankfully my husband didnât cut his hand on the other end of it but that had to be replaced right away. The air duct vents had water pouring out of them with what appeared to be black mold surrounding the drywall around the vent I have pictures and documentation of it all. This is not what I expected to be staying in.
Only issue was it was very dirty had to clean it ourselves sand was all over the floor tables hadnât been cleaned sliding glass door was broke to balcony .
