Phase 2 of Emerald Isle’s Front Beach Road Walkover Project is scheduled to begin on April 15, 2026 and is expected to be completed prior to Memorial Day weekend. During this time, the walkover will be temporarily closed for guest and owner use due to safety considerations. Guests parking in the north garage are encouraged to use the designated Front Beach Road crosswalk to safely access the beach throughout the duration of the project.
