This place is great! Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, and prime location. If you’re planning a Panama City Beach stay, look no further. It’s worth every penny. I travel from Ohio to PCB to see my daughter multiple times a year and I will be staying here at the Hampton from now on.

We will most definitely return. The pool was warm, the poolside music was relaxing and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone. The pool was big enough that the kids could play without bothering anyone else.

Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites was amazing. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff on every level were very accommodating. I must recognize Jessica at the front desk as the most memorable part of our stay. Her customer service is 5 star. I had two rooms, the second was for my Daughter, her husband and three small children. I had several requested for Jessica when I checked in and she listened and went right to work to make everything perfect for us. I have over 35 years in the hotel and hospitality industry and happy to say that Jessica has what it takes to make the guest experience second to none. She always called me by name when I walked in the lobby several times a day. I will always stay at the Hampton Inn when I visit Panama City Beach. Jessica is the difference all travelers are looking for! Congratulations and a Job Well Done!
