Horizon South 33D- Sunstead Retreat

This quaint townhome at Horizon South puts you minutes from the beach with all of the comforts of home and some of the most inclusive resort amenities you can find. The master bedroom features a King bed with access to the main level bathroom. The 2nd floor loft bedroom features 2 queen beds with access to the 2nd floor bathroom. Horizon South is directly across the street from public beach access, the resort has 4 communal pools a hot tub, gym, mini golf, and more! The kids will have plenty of activities to keep them busy on the grounds.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest must register and pay for parking and resort armbands at the office upon arrival. Parking passes for 2024 are $25 per vehicle up to two cars for up to 10 days stay. Extended stay guests will pay $25 per 10 day period with a maximum of $50 per 6 month period. Armbands are $20 per 7 days not to exceed $40 in a continuous maximum stay of 6 months. Golf carts are not allowed to be parked on property.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
