This "Tropical Paradise" is located on the west end of Panama City Beach. This is the quiet and family oriented end of Panama city Beach. This "Tropical Paradise" is a great family vacation spot to make memories that will last lifetime. It is a 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath family dream house. One of the bathroom offers a Jacuzzi Bathtub for 2. It can easily make for a great family vacation or a romantic getaway for those wanting privacy. It will accommodate a large family or invite others to join you and split the cost.

The outside is easily accessible without disturbing others. The side and back yards are fenced in with the pool in the same area. Step right off of the porch and step right on the pool deck. So you can lounge around the pool and still watch children playing in the yard while grilling out and making memories.

HERE IS AN UPDATE ON THIS PROPERTY AS OF NOVEMBER 2021 WE HAVE BEEN DOING A LOT OF UPGRADES AND UPDATING TOTHE PROPERTY. HERE ARE A FEW, THE SOFA AND LOVESEAT AND OTHER LIVING ROOM FURNITURE HAVE BEEN UPGRADED WITH ALL NEW ONES. ALL NEW APPLIANCES HAVE ALSO BEEN INSTALLED, THE GRANITE KITHCHEN COUNTER TOPS. CABINETS HAVE BEEN REDONE. THE HARDWOOD FLOORS HAVE ALSO BEEN RESURFACED. THE DOWN STAIRS AND UPSTAIRES HAVE ALSO BEEN REPAINTED. NEW PICTURES WILL BE POSTED AS SOON AS ALL WORK IS COMPLETED, THIS SHOULD BE DONE AROUND THE MIDDLE TO THE END OF JANUARY 2022.

This unique property has everything that you could want with pool and directly across the street from the beach. Plus it is Reasonably Priced. What more could you ask for?

We had a great stay, the house is beautiful but does need some updating nothing major. The pool needs a light inside the pool to light it up as it was hard to see the bottom and i stepped on a rock that was at the bottom. The host was amazing he communicated very well and responded quickly to any needs. It right across from the beach which was so nice and convenient! We will be back!! Thank you so much

The property was so beautiful and in the perfect location! The pictures and description online fit the property perfectly, and I was very happy with my stay. Perfect Location

Nice home just outside of PCB...away from the large crowds which is what we wanted. Easy walk to beach. Gated community. Upstairs bedroom was warm at night when door was closed otherwise a perfect place to stay. We will be planning future trips here.

Perfect vacation!

This was my first time to Panama City Beach. My family and I loved everything about the house and beach. House is beautiful and we had everything we needed. Beach was only a few steps away. We loved the pool. Beds are super comfortable. The owner was so nice and helpful. We may just make this our yearly vacation house.

The check in process and communication with the host were exceptional. He even allowed an early check in which was unexpected, but greatly appreciated after a long 16 hour drive! We really enjoyed staying here. The place was nice and very clean. The check in process was easy. The only issue was that the internet never worked during our week stay. I was supposed to work during that week and wasn’t able to because the wifi was down the whole time.

We had a wonderful time on our visit to Sunnyside. The house had been updated and location to beach was perfect. Kitchen could have had additional items to make cooking at the house easier but not a huge problem as we ate out many meals.

Wonderful and peaceful vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful time. Having the pool right there! What a wonderful perk! The house was great. Everything we needed!! Jeff was great! I am a worry wart. He never said a word. Just answered me. Can’t think of a thing that was negative of the house or owner. But as renters…. We went to use the grill. It needed a large deep clean. I am sure if we would have said anything to Jeff he would have jumped on it. But we just walked down the road and went to a great restaurant. Thank you for allowing me and my family to be part of your renters! We will be back if you will have us! Bless you!
