Overall good stay.

The condo itself was good. The only thing negative is the security at Laketown Wharf. Actually a little to stricte. I get that Panam Area is used by wild spring breakers can cause issues no doubt. The inconvince we had was we could have no vistors over for a dinner. Other then that it was great. I would stay again and the owners are attentive to questions or concerns.

Great time in a great condo!

We stayed in this condo June 24 - July 1, 2023. It was clean, comfortable, and as described. We would definately stay in this condo again in the future. The only negatives for me was that the second bedroom was too bright in the morning sun and there were no curtains in the living area.

Beautiful Condo! (but be careful during spring break)

First, let me say that the condo itself was beautiful & very clean. The photos are not dated and the property is worth every penny we paid for it. The pools are great! We spent a lot of time at the island pool and it was never crowded. The food/beverage on the property was very nice as well. The beach is gorgeous and we booked a 2-hour tour with Pontoon Lagoons and were able to swim with dolphins, see large sea turtles and collect sea dollars for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it. All that being said, I would never go to PCB anywhere near spring break again. There were way too many people, resulting in very clogged elevators, a packed beach, and police cruisers parked out front nearly the entire week. (There were 30 police cars between the property and Pineapple Willy's on Friday night) The atmosphere was not family-friendly. We wouldn't let our 17-year-olds out after dark without an adult. That being said, I should have done more research about the timing of our stay. We were told by countless people that it isn't like this year round. I would love to stay again during a more off-season.

spacious and comfortable

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days. The condo is remarkably spacious with plenty of room for the two of us. The view is great, not on the beach but across the street and the view is not obstructed. The complex is large but we never felt it being crowded. The property is very close to several restaurants and two golf courses. We had the need to communicate with the property owners over two small issues that were out of their control. Responses were immediate and we worked out a solution for both of us. We would stay here again when in Panama City Beach. Loved the property.

Laketown Wharf 1226 Fall Break 2022

Absolutely wonderful property and communication from owner. We felt like we needed nothing other than our own clothes as it felt just like home. Very well furnished, clean, safe, and gorgeous views. We will certainly be back to this property!
