Low Rates Beach Front 2003 East Completely Renovated 2022

Our beautiful oceanfront condo is recently remodeled and features penthouse views. It sleeps six with a queen bed in the master bedroom, hall bunks and a brand new deluxe queen sleeper sofa.

The unit has two full baths and a full kitchen with granite counter tops.. All new tile flooring throughout. There is TV in both the master bedroom and living area.

Calypso features two 175 foot ocean front free form pools, heated seasonally, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. This is one of the most desirable vacation spots in the world.

Escape to the crystal waters and soft sandy beaches of beautiful Panama City Beach where you have unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and you can 'Sea 4 Miles' from our 20th floor Gulf front condo (East Tower) at the Caribbean inspired Calypso Resort and Towers.

Relax and enjoy a cool drink at the NEW TIKI BAR located on the Gulf between the 2 pools.
Calypso is directly adjacent to the blossoming PIER PARK entertainment and Shopping Complex where LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE, TARGET (with basic groceries), STARBUCKS, PANERA BREAD, MARGARITAVILLE, DILLARDS, SOUTHERN THEATRES - a 16 Theatre Complex and many more stores are now open. The theatre features stadium seating, digital sound, a game room, advance ticketing over the Internet and a specialty café.

Our condo has been professionally decorated with beach style furnishings throughout, which is in keeping with the exterior architecture and landscaping at the Resort.

The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Master bedroom and the Living Room have black-out curtains for when you want to sleep in or take an afternoon nap.

There are breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the Kitchen and Living Room. The balcony, which spans the length of the unit has seating for 4 and is a perfect place for reading, dining, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

Our 20th floor location is just high enough to escape from the hustle and bustle below and offers you privacy that you do not have on the lower floors.

There are a variety of seasonal activities conveniently located on-site such as Jet Skiing, Parasailing, Catamaran Rental and Banana Boat Rides. These activities can be arranged at the Beach side Kiosk for an additional fee.

We rent Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Shorter stays will be considered last minute and during non peak weeks.

We rent to families and adults 25 years and older. We do not rent to any vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) who will be at the property for the entire stay.

RESERVATIONS MADE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION/IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND GIVEN

The stay at resort was great. The location was wonderful. The unit has the basic necessities, but nothing more. The host was efficient, but charged for an early check in, and it was only two hours prior to checking in as we arrived early. We had to pay 100. Other hosts have never asked for money. Some of the other condos in this unit had many more perks to their condo like beach chairs at the ocean, beach accessories at the condo for use with the condo, and daily activities at pier park or a daily excursion included in their stay with the condos. This condo didn’t have any of the perks. The condo was clean, basic, and straightforward.

Love this condo

This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. The view is beautiful bring binoculars and you will see all kinds of animals in the water, we saw sea turtles, dolphins, sharks, whiting, and sting rays. Even though it is close to busy pier park it’s actually pretty quiet.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was beautiful and we loved our location. This has nothing to do we our renter, but one of the pool police was rude to several of the visitors.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. We had one small hiccup with the door code at check in but the property owner had that resolved in 5 minutes. The unit was very clean and updated. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful!

Wonderful condo, the pictures are exactly what you get. You can’t beat the views from the balcony! It was nice having beach chairs and umbrella everyday, and the tiki bar was a nice end of day location. I would recommend this place to anyone for the location and the condo itself.

It was a great property. We had a really great time staying there. Only thing I would say is there was no vacuum or dustpan for the broom so we were unable to keep the floors clean from all the sand we tracked in. Other than that, awesome property!

Love the Calypso! Unit is very nice and as described. 20th floor view was amazing. Beach chairs were provided with stay along with two chairs to take to beach. Plenty of room for the four of us. Would rent again with this owner!

The property was as described. Being on the 20th floor meant we didn’t hear much noise from the street or beach. The staff were very friendly. The property manager was very responsive and handled every request quickly.

Girls Trip

My family and I come to the gulf yearly Dedtin or PCB. This is the first year staying at the Calypso and it did not disappoint. The condo was immaculate when we arrived! Had a great view from the balcony. You are in walking distance to pier park and restaurants! The beach staff were amazing and so helpful when we went to reserve our chairs and umbrella every morning. We will definately return!
