Premium/Covered parking is available on-site, for an additional charge and based on availability. Golf carts are NOT allowed to be parked in the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort parking lot.

Dogs under 15 lbs are permitted in the unit, with an additional per night charge.

Beautiful!

Absolutely beautiful place and views and great space for a family with the large living area between the two bedrooms. We loved it and was perfect for us - only complaint was the noise of construction below, would have appreciated at least a heads up that the building was under construction. When construction is complete it will be a perfect place and we’d absolutely come back. Our teens enjoyed the pools/rec area next door. Great spot to be next to a hub of action so the kids were entertained and we enjoyed the peace. Would def recommend.

We had to buy supplies to re-clean the unit. There was food in the master bedroom when we arrived. The unit lacks dressers, so make sure that you bring most of your clothes with hangers. The kitchen did not have adequate supplies, but when Management texted us to see how our stay was, I notified them, and they had more supplies to us within 30 minutes. We really enjoyed the beach and how few people were there compared to the rest of PCB. The parking situation is not ideal– you either have to park across/ down the street or pay $20 per day to park at the complex. Overall, we enjoyed the beach and being beachfront and that made the trip worth it.

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and decorated nicely. The beds were very comfortable. The view is just amazing! Our family really enjoyed ourselves here!
