This condo was in a beautiful location, but was kind of rundown in its furnishings. The cookware was very little and very cheap. Not a good quality to use. None of the remotes worked for any of the TVs and the TV in the master bedroom wouldn’t come on Roku until my son-in-law did some work on it. The condo had dirty floors and no working vacuum cleaner for me to clean with. for the price I paid. I was very disappointed.

Gets better every year

My family has stayed in this condo for 4 years in a row and it just gets better! Beds are very comfortable and the resort is amazing! The view of the Gulf from the 17th floor balcony is absolutely beautiful. The splash pad, lazy river, and swimming pools are clean and fun. We love this place!

We enjoyed the condo and loved the view as well! You really don’t even need to leave the resort as they have most of what you need and DoorDash can bring you all the seafood you want and/or groceries you need!

Great place to stay with kids!

My family and I were very pleased with the Splash resort. The unit was the perfect size for my family of 6. The kids loved the splash pads and the lazy river. The beach was very clean and chairs that were provided were comfortable and set up early every morning. We would definitely come again.

Great Family Vacation!

As a family of 4 with children at ages 3 & 7 we were very pleased with the condo. It offered great amenities, great views and plenty for the entire family to do. We loved the access to our beach chairs and the walk from beach to condo was easy to do. We will be staying again in the future!

Great place for families with smaller children. The amenities are great! We just had a few concerns with the dishwasher not cleaning properly, mold on the vents, and only 1 elevator for 21 floors. The booking and check in process were very easy. The owners were kind and helpful. They responded quickly.

Great property and location!

This was the second year we stayed in this particular unit. Can’t beat the location and the amenities. It’s like getting a week long pass to a water park as well as gulf-front convenience. We will stay again!

Good location, easy parking and clean condo. Elevators are a little slow in this building so be patient, nothing that would keep me from booking. Did have an issue with AC at check in, contacted the property owner and they were quick to respond and engage maintenance. I would stay here again.
