Newly remodeled beachfront townhome - Sleeps 14

Newly remodeled beach front townhome, right on the beautiful white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. This Townhome has five-bedrooms and four bathrooms with a full studio on the lower level with zero entry access including a full kitchen and its own laundry. Directly outback is a large deck with seating with direct access to the beach as well as a grill, beach chairs and umbrellas.

The main level is an open concept with a large kitchen, dining area and living room with lots of seating. Step onto the main level deck to take in the view and relax or grill. Located on this deck is also beach chairs and umbrellas. From this deck there is also direct access to the beach. The third level includes four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a bunk room with two full beds. The primary suite on the third floor includes a king size bed and a private deck with an outdoor seating area. Also located on the third floor is a washer and dryer for guest use.

This townhome is away from the touristy high-rises, so an overly crowded beach is not something you will run into while relaxing on the warm sand and cooling down in the ocean water. Jet ski rental is a few hundred feet down the beach for those who want to take a cruise on the ocean coast. If a night out is on your agenda the famous Pier Park is one mile away to enjoy the restaurants along with the premier shopping offered there. A part of Pier Park is one of the longest piers in the Gulf reaching out over 1500 feet into the water with the ocean beneath your feet.

The property is equipped with a fire alarm system that is operational. The fire sprinkler system is not yet functional but will be in the near future. All sleeping areas equipped with fire extinguishers.

The condo was beautiful!! It looks just like the pictures. Check in was easy. The morning of the trip we were sent our code and we were able to go right in. The condo was clean, the beds were so comfy. We had a wonderful time. Baby gates at every staircase, perfect for our two little ones running around. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. We didn’t even use two of the beds. It is steps from the beach. There was plenty of room on the beach since it was single condos. We just loved it!! Close to Pier Park and shopping as well. Our only take away is the frying pans and banking dishes need a little updating. The dishwasher was not working. I messaged Kelsey and she responded immediately. We didn’t have a problem washing the dishes. I’m sure it will be repaired for the next guests!! Other than that we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with our family. It was wonderful!!

Direct beach access.

Lots were good for this house - clean, lots of safety gates for young kids, lots of beach chairs/toys, quiet, direct beach access, beach towels, comfortable beds, good shower pressure and didn't run out of hot water. They did an excellent job in the remodel. The use of the space was well thought out. Not so good part was parking was tight. Some cooking items (baking sheets, etc.) need replaced.

Panama City family beach trip

The property was as listed and it was a great location. Plenty of activities for the kids and lots of meal options. Condo was nice and had lots of beach toys, tents and chairs. The only unfortunate part was that the condos on both sides were being renovated and they worked late into the night making sleep a challenge.

Great Family Vacation

The property was very well laid out for our family that included 3 generations of the family aging 5-63. The layout allowed the bottom floor to be used by the grandparents and allowed them to have space away from the larger family. The second floor was a great landing spot to gather, sit on the porch or have a meal. The third floor was set up with 4 bedrooms that allowed for everyone to have their own room and space. The 4 full bathrooms and double waters heaters never created a time when there wasn't enough hot water or space for everyone to get cleaned up. The house was clean and was so well set up for our family. Only suggestions would be to make sure you bring or buy extra paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and bring extra beach towels as well. The kitchen needs a few more wash cloths and hand towels, but overall it was set up nicely. I would suggest to come to the house first and see what kind of beach gear you will need as well.

Panama City Breezy Beachside Bumming

Staying on the beach is so fun! Being able to walk out the door and be on the beach is priceless! This property is great. It has been fixed up quite nicely with a lot more space than what the pictures and description conveys. We had six adults and to six month old twins. So the mom, dad and twins stayed on bottom floor that has everything including bath, small kitchen and bed. The kids could cry or play and the people upstairs in the remaking bedroom can’t hear them on the bottom floor. There were some small issues with beds, and basic supplies but I am confident the the owner will resolve very quickly! The owner was very responsive and helpful through out the whole process, which is so reassuring during the stay. Helpful tips on this property is the very basic things are not provided, so bring salt and pepper, extra toilet paper, paper towels and a broom.

Beachfront and spacious

Lovely spacious beachfront home in central location to shops and restaurants. The home was lovely and everything worked as it should. It had a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. We really enjoyed the beach toys, chairs and tent they had available to use. Be aware you have to provide or purchase a lot of your own items from hand soap to kitchen sponge or dish soap. It would have been nice to have been provided a broom at least to sweep up the sand that everyone brings in. There was a small dustpan though. The view is wonderful and the house could easily hold a large family comfortably.

Thank you so much! The house was clean, well organized, smelled fresh. The property looks exactly as advertised. The baby gates were an awesome addition! I have a one year old and it would have been a nightmare trying to keep him from going up/down the stairs.I would give it a 10/10
it would be nice to have a closet in the downstairs bedroom but overall it was a great experience!!!

The house is located right on the beach and has been totally updated! We had a great time! The only con was that there weren’t many bathroom towels for our large group ( we ended up just using our beach towels when needed) and there was not a mop.Other than that it was a great place!
