Unit 1206 in Ocean Reef is a nice, gulf-front, 12th floor condo in Panama City Beach with a huge balcony and breathtaking views! must be 25 to rent
***1 ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT IN GARAGE*** Guest must pay for parking additional guest charge $55 per day per person after 4 guests ***

Upon entering this two bedroom, two bathroom condo, you will notice the open floor plan. The kitchen has been beautifully decorated and has many upgrades including white appliances, granite counter tops and all the kitchen gadgets, cookware, bake ware, utensils, glassware, coffee pot, blender and much more and all to make your stay as comfortable as if you were at home!

The dining room has a 6 chairs . 1 parking pass is included, additional parking passes are $50 each.

The living area has an amazing view of the emerald green waters of the gulf and the beach. This unit also has an extra large, private, furnished balcony.

The master suite is accommodated with a beautiful king size bed, private master bathroom with all bed and bath lines, flat screen TV, bedside lighting and entry to the balcony. If desired, you can let the sunset wake you in the morning or listen to the gentle sounds of the waves crashing on the shore as you drift off to sleep.

The guest room is great with another king bed,, bedside lighting, entry to the guest bathroom. All bed and bath lines are provided for your comfort.

Pictures don’t do stay justice

Enjoyed my stay. Condo is located centrally to every in PCB. Gulf view was spectacular. Condo was supplied with an ample amount of bath towels and toiletries. Could have used a few more pots and pans but we made it work with what we had. Overall, great stay. Definitely would book again.

Soooo nice

The condo is a super clean, beautiful space. The true gem is the beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the bedroom and living room sliding doors. Appliances are current and there are ample supplies (kitchen, sand toys, coolers, beach chairs, etc.) We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how clean EVERYTHING is. Thank you, we definitely found a treasure.

Breathtaking Ocean Views!!!

This condo has one of the most beautiful views on the emerald coast!! We did a girls trip weekend getaway, and had the best time. The condo is well equipped with kitchen utensils for cooking and seating. The bedrooms had plenty of space and comfy beds. Great decor throughout the condo, and best of all easy access to the condo gym, pool, hot tub and beach access. Already planning on next arrival!!! Thanks to Nina for all the great restaurant recommendations.

Nice condo (5 stars) but amenities were marginal (1 star).

Upon arrival, we found no "welcome package" that seems to be standard at most condos. Things like wrist bands, parking pass, etc, we're not readily available and affected our use of the on site pool until the second day. The condo sleeps 6 and had numerous pillows but only 4 pillow cases. No bathroom soaps or washcloths were provided. Usually there's at least a bar of soap and a set of towels available on arrival but if you are notified early you can bring the items. Same for dishwasher pack. Most places offer one to use when you leave to run it with the dirty dishes but none were provided upon arrival. After the phone call to Nina on the first day, she had addressed the issues by the second day. Overall, the condo was nice but it seemed like we were one of the first families to stay.

Great great stay

I came to PCB on a couples trip. My boyfriend and I along with another couple. The room was amazing it smelled amazing as well. Extremely clean fresh towels not one thing was out of place. The bedrooms are a nice size as well as both bathrooms. The balcony is huge looks a lot bigger in person. We have pots, linens, washer and dryer, iron ironing board. The only thing u have to supple is your own food drinks and trash bags because there was none there. The only cons were that the beds we slightly hard and the WIFI wasn't very strong at all but everything else was PERFECTION! Also the yellow wrist bands you need are in the room already no need to go to the 6th floor for anything.

Great condo and amazing views!

When we first arrived at the condo there was no one in the office and we didn't have the wrist bands needed to use the facilities on the property. I called Nina the property manager and she was right on it and said she would be there in 10 minutes. What a fantastic response for I'm sure a busy person!! (As it went we didn't need her after all as the resort manager finally called us back). Thank you SO much Nina! The condo itself was perfect. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen, great balcony with an amazing view, and close to just about everything. Best part was having a washer and dryer in the condo so we could go home with clean clothes! A vacation we will not soon forget- hope to see you next year!

A very relaxing month for my wife and I

When we arrived the condo was clean and well prepared for us to move in. We enjoyed our stay, the view was second to none and the weather was great. Little issues were quickly dealt with by Nina. Perfect!

We came to Panama City for the Little League World Series. Great location to the ballpark, but far enough away that it was nice and quiet. Older condo but well maintained. Excellent view and access to the beach and good pool and hot tub. Had a couple problems when we first arrived (very minor) and Nina personally showed up and took care of them. I give high marks to her, she was awesome.

Amazing view & amazing customer service!

we were very impressed eithe almost everything about this property- the only issue we did have was handled quickly & w/ great customer service! Amenities were wonderful! The beach was just steps away! The kitchen was stocked very well! The manager was excellent at getting back w us & taking care of us!

Great location. Minutes from Pier Park. Nicely furnished with spectacular views from the huge balcony. Only cons are too few lawn chairs by the pool and only 3 elevators. We would definitely stay here again. Overall great deal for the price.

Not that great

If you are not the primary renter and you have your vehicle there then get ready to get your excercise. We went for family vacation with parents. Parents rented condo and got the ONE parking pass. That meant I had to park 1 mile away from condo in an unsecured gravel lot in the middle of nowhere. Not good for someone like me who had knee surgery 2 months ago. Had literally no hot water in condo the entire time. Furniture in wobbly shape and no tv in bedroom. I realize that these may be minor issues to most but when you pay for a condo on the beach, you expect much better. I have stayed at many condos and this was by far the worst. Won't go back.

very nice getaway

This was a great place to stay. They provided everything. It was nice to not have to run to the store for things we would have forgotten like cooking oil, salt and pepper, etc. The beach was beautiful and the water so clear!!
