OCEAN FRONT CONDO ON THE BEACH at the World renowned Calypso Tower 1. Your best vacation awaits you. Beautiful two bedroom condo with additional bunk beds and pull out couch in living room sleeps up to 8. This unit is on the 14th floor in the EAST tower (Tower 1) which is the BEACH FRONT - DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH (not across the street).

Calypso is WALKABLE to all the fun in Pier Park - restaurants, shopping, the St Andrews fishing pier, movie theatres, games and rides for kids, and more! Perfect for families! The building has two pools (including the one that is heated on the off-season) and a fitness center. Our fabulous Tiki bar serves great cold drinks and can place your to-go orders complete with live music on the weekends. Enjoy 24 hour security, 6 high-speed elevators, and on-site rentals for Jet Skis, Parasailing and more!
Our gorgeous unit is a PREMIERE unit at Calypso, this sunny and light-filled unit features two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with an extra bunk room and a pull out sofa room to fit the whole family. The expansive windows face the Gulf of Mexico and the large balcony has sturdy, comfortable furniture to watch the sunrise and sunset.

Quality furnishings throughout, including waterproof, wood flooring, granite countertops, a wet bar, and a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Recently painted with updated electronics and FREE Wi-Fi throughout the condo and resort. The dining area comfortably seats a family, and we have additional bar stools for seating at the bar area.

The Master bedroom features a king-sized bed and its own private gulf view. Walk-in closets and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is spacious with a queen sized bed. The bunk room is a true third room, with its own door (not in the hallway). This unit also features a queen sized sleeper sofa for larger parties. Our unit features a fully stocked kitchen with an ice maker for your cooler.

My recent stay at the condominium was highly satisfactory, particularly regarding the exceptional views, spacious layout, and impeccable cleanliness. The comfortable seating and well-equipped kitchen, featuring ample dinnerware, facilitated the preparation and serving of complete meals for my family.The sole factor preventing a five-star rating was a persistent issue with the front door, which, due to damage from previous occupants, could not be rectified prior to my arrival. While this presented a minor inconvenience, I commend Mrs. Christina for her proactive communication; she promptly contacted me and arranged for her team to provide clear instructions on operating the door.Furthermore, despite a few minor issues encountered in the master bathroom, which can occasionally occur, Mrs. Christina demonstrated remarkable responsiveness by dispatching maintenance personnel immediately. I must emphasize that the level of communication and attentiveness I experienced with Mrs. Christina is truly unparalleled among property owners. Awesome place.

We loved the location and host was awesome. We had issues due to no fault of the host but she did everything possible to be accommodating and helpful while the issues with the resort was resolved. We would recommend this to anyone.

Perfect Spot on the Beach!

The location of this condo can't be beat! Right on the beach and across the street from Pier Park. Also 600 feet from a great liquor store. This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The Keurig coffee maker was a plus for us:) Spacious bedrooms, comfy beds and big TVs. The owner thought of everything for this condo. Parking was easy. The tiki bar was an added bonus for us! We'll definitely book this condo again.

Family Get Away

PCB was a great place for our family of eight to spend a week. It was great to stay in the condo! With two pools, one heated, and right on the beach. There was a lot of space for children and toddlers. You will find everything you need, including beach towels, chairs, and toys. There is no doubt that I would stay there again. In addition to her quick response time, the owner was available 24/7 to assist with several items.

My mom & I had planned a quick weekend getaway the beginning of January. Unfortunately, that weekend north Georgia was forecasted for snow. Christina was very understanding that we were not going to be able to get out of Georgia & graciously allowed us to move our dates with no additional fees. We requested an early check in & she obliged & even provided a parking pass for my niece to visit. We would definitely come back & stay here again.

good experience, just room wasnt as cleaned as it should and better communication

I didnt receive any information far as the code to get into our room, check in information, or parking or anything after booking not even the week of or day of. I kept checking my email, no information. that should have emailed to the customer after booking, or at least a week after booking. there was nothing in spam folder or anything. so I reached out to her and at first I couldnt reach her, so i contacted vrbo because without the code we wouldn't be able to get in room, at first we couldnt reach owner, so we were afraid that wouldnt be able to travel because how will we be able to get inside.. However she was very nice, helpful. and provided the information that we needed once we was able to reach them. The parking process wasnt organized at first. the rooms arent as cleaned. there was was dark brown stain on the comforter in one room (the room on the left hand side when you first come in), dust on the tv stand, mildew and so much dirt in the creases of the sliding door to the balcony, and had so much dirt on the chairs that was in the balcony. my family didnt sit out there. It was a alot of dirt on top of the fridge and a little dirt inside. It just seem like the cleaners do the bare minimum. im just sharing this so owner can be aware, because she was so pleasant and nice and helpful when i needed help, however we dont want this to hinder or affect others experience. i recommend this owner and stay, they just need better cleaners, and im pretty sure that can be resolved

The location, condo, beach access, pool & everything else was A+++. We had 8 adults in our group and the condo was plenty spacious for all of us. Walking distance to everything we wanted. First trip to PCB was great thanks to this condo!!

Great and clean

We enjoyed our stay ! We will be back ! My uncle said he hopes they will get a new bed for the second bedroom before we come back next year. He said it was hard. I enjoyed everything. The host was super sweet, and she always responded to our questions. We will probably only book this condo from now on unless our family size gets bigger.

This was amazing! Our host was wonderful and so quick to answer any and all questions. The view is gorgeous and the condo met any and all needs! We had wished we would’ve had a few more trash bags, but other wise it was the best! The closet with beach toys is amazing and had something for all of our kids. When we come back we will stay here again!

Annual Summer Vacay

So close to everything you need (including a WalMart😁)! Restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Cool little cabana bar right by the entrance to the beach. Two gigantic pools. Condo is large enough that even with 8 people, all had plenty of personal space and didn’t get on anyone’s nerves! Owner responds almost immediately to any messages sent through the VRBO app. Elevators were never crowded even on a July weekend. Just a great experience!

Condo was great. Mix up in the cleaning schedule. Our condo hadn’t been cleaned. Cleaners cleaned wrong condo. Called the owner and someone was there very quickly. She was very kind and gave us a free night because of the mix up. The condo was great. We had a wonderful time. The locations was amazing. Only negative aspect was the slow elevators. Great stay even with rough weather.

We’ve been coming to PCB for 5 years now, but this trip was by far my favorite. This property was super clean, as in we could smell the clean as soon as we walked in. The rooms large, beds comfortable and even with 7 ppl (4 of them being 18yr olds) so spacious that it wasn’t crowded. The parking was much better than the other resorts we had stayed, the speed of the elevators unmatched. There was major storms and double red flags 6 or the 7 days, but thankfully the location was in walking distance of Pier Park and the pool area was great. The number of security guards on property checking arm bands (especially at walkover late at night) was great peace of mind having young adults venturing out alone. This was my first time booking with VRBO, but this listing exceeded every expectation and we hope to book this same unit again if available next year.
