Please note - there is a small curb leading into the driveway due to drainage regulations. There is a small ramp installed, however, so this should not create an accessibility issue.

**The booking guest MUST be at least 21 years of age and present throughout the entire stay!**
1. Please treat the property with care and respect.
2. Please note that we do not function as a "hotel". We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. For example, we supply 2 kitchen trash-bags, 2 rolls of tissue paper, one roll of paper towels, and small detergents, soaps and shampoos. If you have a large party or feel that you may need more than the items mentioned above, please prepare adequately for your stay.
3. If any property damage or maintenance needs occur, please communicate with us immediately. For emergencies, please call 911; then notify your property managers.
4. No parties or events allowed.
5. Please observe Walton County quiet hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.
6. No street or sidewalk parking is permitted.
7. Due to the fact that we are in a residential neighborhood surrounded by families and other guests, please honor our community as well our home. Please keep the noise down after 10:00 p.m.
8. Please ensure the grill is clean before leaving.
9. Please refrain from the following: using tape on the walls, jumping on beds, or otherwise damaging walls or furniture.
10. NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND UNDER ANY CONDITIONS.
