I would like to preface that this vacation was supposed to be special for my 10 year old because he was to start chemotherapy after we returned home.Absolutely beautiful home but unfortunately the cleaning company clearly has not been keeping up. The initial walk through was amazing because it truly is a beautifully decorated place. But once you looked closer it was hard not to notice how dirty it was. There were used Qtips on the floors in 2 separate bathrooms. Dog food was found on the floor in multiple rooms. Used slippers under a bed with water bottles. Dog hair everywhere including the beds. They charge extra to have the pool heated. I double checked to make sure it would be warm for when we arrived for my son. They ensured it would be. The pool was ice cold and remained that way our entire stay. Such a disappointment. The amenities outside were moldy. This property is extremely overpriced for the condition it's in. The property is directly next to the public beach access. There was a murder in the parking lot on one of the nights we were there. Insane.
