Close enough to town and Pier Park, but far enough away to feel truly lost in paradise. This property has an indoor/outdoor pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub, meeting room/library and a fitness room. As well as a large Sun Deck overlooking the ocean and so much more!!

What a great place. Everything was as advertised. And the view! The Gulf of Mexico was right outside the sliders. The master bed was plenty comfortable, and all rooms were good-sized, including the kitchen.And being on the 23rd floor, the breeze was awesome, along with the sound of the crashing waves. The beach was pristine and a double chair with umbrella set up comes with the unit.Tons of options regarding quality restaurants close by with fresh seafood galore, but there are ample other types of dining as well. A super Walmart (including liquor) is less than 2 miles away for all you staples, plus a Winn Dixie (soon to be Aldis) even closer.The owner was very receptive, responding within minutes the couple of times I had a question.We will definitely be back

We had a lovely time. Upon returning home, we were accused of causing cigarette damage to the property. We quickly responded that we have never even purchased, much less smoked, a cigarette. We politely responded to the accusation and were told that we were responsible for the damage. We offered to provide sworn statements from our doctors, friends and collogues that we are not smokers. That offer was refused and we were charged 40.99 for a new comforter. We disputed the charges and refused to pay for damage that we did not cause.

Stayed here 2 years in a row. Both times the place has been great. A little hiccup with the clean up timing but worked it out with the owner and had a nice stay. Even received a small refund portion for the inconvenience. Really enjoyed being on the top floor. The car parking space for this room is in a high foot traffic area so you may need to be more patient, but still a good spot and well worth it. Highly recommend, just don’t take my dates.

Wonderful

The property was great! The owners were very helpful and quick with responses! The condo suited all our needs, nothing needed to be added or fixed. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The location to the beach is outstanding, we did not have to walk far to the beach, which was wonderful and not overcrowded. You only have to walk out the back of the garage and your feet are on the sand. The beach personnel were outstanding also, always making sure we were comfortable with our setup. We will stay here again and would recommend this condo to anyone! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place, awesome views, good time!

The location is great! The balcony is huge, it offers great views of sting rays, dolphins and pelicans as well as a place to sit and eat! The beach is very nice. The pool and hot tub were clean and not crowded. We were worried about it being too busy due to Spring Break but it was not a problem. We walked to Thomas Donuts a lot! The unit was well stocked with kitchen needs and towels and linens. We only had to bring our own beach towels and toys. Thanks for a great place to enjoy our family trip! Would stay again!

Beautiful condo and view was wonderful. Had issue with bath and kitchen towels. Appeared to have been washed without detergent. We cleaned them and let owner know. Found coins and metal in washer. Ad on vrbo showed hand held shower attachments which were not there. Water pressure was wonderful for 23rd floor. Ocean front bed very comfortable. Would stay again. Nice to have beach chairs and umbrella included. Great location.

Excellent Condo and Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The views from the balcony are unmatched! We dined outside as much as we could. Saw all sorts of marine life swimming nearby, fantastic sunrises & sunsets, and even the best fireworks display Mother Nature could display during an offshore storm the last evening we were there. The lightning was incredible and captured some great pics. And we liked the building location on the West side, away from all the noise closer to Pier Park. Would recommend this condo to others.

Great Family Vacation!!

We traveled as a family of 4! The condo was lovely.. Clean with everything we needed. Great location with a great view! I just wish the king size bedroom was near the balcolny. The parking was very tight although they were assigned. I suggest changing the parking from 3 vehicles to 2 vehicles to provide more space. We could only get in on one side. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Would stay again and perhaps park across the street in the extra parking area.

Stunning sunset and ocean views and full moon view in penthouse unit with lovely amenities

Our family enjoyed our 4th of July holiday weekend experience at Tropic Winds penthouse condo! Stunning views of the sunset, ocean, and full moon. The condo unit was fully furnished with all the amenities for a first class trip. Ocean views from the second bedroom are romantic and memorable. Beach access is so convenient and clean. Pool is wonderful with indoor and outdoor swim access. Parking is incredibly convenient and makes carrying and loading vehicle a breeze. Ocean breeze keeps balcony cool and comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable trip!
