HOUSE RULES
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• No parties or unauthorized guests. The primary booker must be 18+ and present for the duration of the stay.
• No glitter. It is extremely difficult to remove and will result in an additional cleaning charge.
• No pets, except verified service animals. Please notify us at the time of booking if you are bringing a service animal.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM out of respect for our neighbors (noise monitor on premises)
• Keep the Honeywell thermostat at 74°F or above. Do not set below 68°F, as this can cause the coil to freeze.
• Please follow the posted Swim Spa Rules. The swim spa is professionally serviced weekly.
• Only flush toilet paper. Guests are responsible for any plumbing costs resulting from improper disposal.
• Extended stays beyond 30 days are subject to an additional cleaning fee of $405/month. Partial months are charged at $202.50.
