This lovely unit on the 16th floor is beautifully decorated with a gorgeous beach home feel perfect for everyone. The unit has been perfectly remodeled to better suit the modern person's needs. It comes equipped with a full kitchen that stores everything you'll need to make your vacation feel like home, a dining area perfect for families, a spacious master bedroom with cable TV, two full bathrooms, and a bunk bed that can accommodate two guests.

Besides all of the information given about the unit, the hotel is in an excellent location. It is walking distance from Pier Park, a must-visit destination for tourists full of entertainment, shopping, movies, spas, and much more. The hotel is also very close to several supermarkets such as Wal-Mart, Publix, The Fresh Market, and Winn Dixie, as well as entertainment perfect for the whole family such as mini golf, Wonder Works, bowling, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and several go-kart racing locations. There are also a vast number of shops to visit and restaurants to eat at, such as Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, IHOP, Margaritaville, Dick's Crab Shack, Carrabba's Italian Grill, and many delicious, local seafood restaurants. In the resort's beach, itself, there are many things to do, such as parasailing, jet-skis, banana boats, and many more fun activities.

Guests can access everything in the unit, as well as everything in the hotel (such as the numerous pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, restaurant, movie theater, arcade, gym, convenience stores, and bars) and the hotel beach.

The hotel has a registration fee of $48.15 per reservation. This is a one-time payment that covers everyone in your party (meaning that you don’t have to pay per person) and lasts for the duration of your stay. It covers the parking passes and the hotel wristbands that you can use to access the hotel's facilities, including the beach. This is a strict resort rule that must be followed and paid directly to the Resort.

Check-in is at 4:00 Pm and check-out is at 10:00 Am.

Wonderful place but the elevators

The place was great but it was hard waiting on the elevators just to get to beach to enjoy our trip to our family had to wait over hr to get one elevator when we was checking in we wait way over an hour to get our cart on a elevator to just check into our room

Clean condo with beautiful view.

Condo was easy to rent. Didn't receive check in info until late the night before check in and it went to spam. Had to fill out info at desk and find our door code before we could get in.

Family trip

Took this vacation with extended family members. Just 4 of us in this condo. We had everything easily accessible. Everything was clean and just like the pictures described. Probably won’t stay at this Resort again but the condo was great.

Amazing

Everything was amazing...the view, location, and condo. Worked out perfect for our little vacation. Elevators were a little slow, but that didn't stop us from having a great time. Definitely will rent again.

Wonderful experience

My family had a blast! The property was just how the pictures showed. It was spacious enough for 6 people. I did enjoy having two bathrooms. The only recommendation I have is to have more towels and maybe rugs of some sort outside the showers to step on. There was nothing there so we had to use one of the towels to step on therefore constantly washing towels bc we didn’t have enough to shower with. Also could have used more toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. We bought more but couldn’t take it with us because we flew and were told to leave nothing behind. Also had space under bunks for beach chairs, toys, umbrella, skim boards. We had friends in other condos and they had tons of stuff stocked in their two condos which was nice. Not everyone drives and isn’t able to bring it. Therefore, we had to buy and then trash it or leave it. The elevators were terribly long to wait for but that’s a facility issue. The entire facility was clean and kept. My stay was great but had a few recommendations is all. There was an issue with sliding glass door that kept us from using balcony like we had hoped. I contacted manager and was able to get it fixed but not until the day before we left. Wasn’t their fault, companies are just busy. We understood but was glad it got fixed for the next family. It was a beautiful view. Hope this review helps the manger and visitors.

Although the room was very nice and adequate. The resort itself was not exceptional. The elevators did not work half the time and when they did was very slow. Guest service was not helpful. The beach area was not clean. The swimming pools were not monitored guest were not following rules. I highly doubt my family will stay there again

Wonderful condo with awesome view of beach. Spacious and decor is bright and coloful. Was displaced by Hurricane Michael since Oct 10 and was first place felt very much at home. Highly recomend staying here and when get settled permantlywill return for a much needed vacation.
