One of the best features of our condo is the balcony. It is nearly 40' long with over 350 SF of awesome space for enjoying the amazing views of the gulf from the 22nd floor. There are three sitting areas on the balcony with 2 chaise lounges, dining table that seats six and the conversation area with couch, 2 rocking chairs, 2 end tables and coffee table. Not the normal rental at the beach...

MOST ASKED QUESTION - IS ALCOHOL STILL ALLOWED ON THE BEACH? Some have the misconception that alcoholic beverages are no longer allowed on the beaches at PCB. This law only applies during Spring Break (Month of March). The rest of the year alcoholic beverages are allowed on the beach.

The family-oriented, fully gated Gulf Crest Resort Condominium complex is located off the exclusive Thomas Drive area in Panama City Beach.

Professionally decorated with upscale furnishings, your family will enjoy soaring 9' 4" ceilings with crown molding, breathtaking wall-to-wall floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf. High speed internet service, flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, and a beautiful well-appointed kitchen with granite counter tops and all the amenities including a mini fridge, ice maker and auto fill keurig coffee maker.

This spacious condo is 1388 square feet. A 40 foot long, 360 square foot balcony includes a breathtaking, unobstructed view for miles up and down the beach.
In total, the almost 1750 square feet of decorated space is approximately 25% larger than other typical two bedroom condos. You will find that it is so spacious with the seperate, Queen-sized bunk beds, it can fulfill the requirement of a 3 bedroom condo.
Overall, the unique features of the Gulf Crest complex have led it to have one of the highest repetitive guest rates of any complex on the beach.

The master suite includes a king bed with a private bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity, jetted tub/shower, and a walk in closet.
It includes a Gulf front view with access to the balcony.
The second bedroom with queen over queen bunk beds (built for adults) accesses a second full sized guest bathroom that also features a tub and shower.
Additional built-in full sized twin bunk beds round out the sleeping facilities. Although children love the twin size bunk beds, they can accommodate adults up to 6 feet tall too!

For families with a wee one, we have a high chair, walker, and pack & play available to make your packing less of a hassle!

And for your days on the beach we include beach service. 2 lounge chairs & umbrella will be waiting on you whenever you want them. There are also 2 beach chairs with attached umbrellas for your use. We even include beach towels! (We just ask that if you use them you wash and put them back)

Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and make-up remover wipes for your use. Full washer and dryer facilities are also available in a convenient, separate laundry room. Another added feature to the rental is that we supply detergent, bleach, dryer sheets and softener to do laundry!

Gulf Crest amenities include: fully gated secure community, 300 feet of ocean frontage, tropical landscaping, convenient assigned covered parking, three elevators, two large outdoor pools (one heated year round) with poolside chaise lounges, two heated Hot Tubs, and a kiddy pool. It also features a Tiki Bar serving food and beverages, poolside/beach wireless internet access (working vacation anyone?), gazebo with picnic area, BBQ grill area, a pool level fitness center, game room, a gated boardwalk dune walk-over to the beach, and outdoor showers.

The complex is convenient to many great restaurants and amusement park attractions. Many family activities within walking distance include bumper boats, go-karts, oyster bars, mini- golf, and shopping!

Clean and beautiful views of the ocean!

We really enjoyed our quick weekend getaway, we have stayed at Gulf Crest a couple times and it hasn’t disappointed us yet! The condo we stayed at this time had wonderful views of the ocean, and was decorated beautifully. I also enjoy having the ice maker in this unit. This condo was gorgeous! By far one of the prettiest decorated rooms I've stayed in in panama city. Very clean as well. We did get a little confused on the different check out times on the email vs the list in the condo, but it wasn't a big deal.

This was without a doubt the best condo I have rented in PCB. The furniture is so comfortable and the balcony is amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. This property was impressive. There was anything and everything you needed to make you feel at home on vacation. This property was also the cleanest I've ever stayed in. All Things Exceptional!

My family of five (all adults) stayed here recently & were amazed at everything that came with this condo! It is complete luxury! Every single thing that is needed was provided! Beach towels, a beach bag, boogie boards, beach chairs, soaps for the kitchen & laundry, garbage bags, plenty of towels for both bathrooms, make up remover wipes and more! The kitchen amenities were truly impressive from the commercial Keurig to the ice maker, espresso maker, air fryer & crock pot! We had everything we needed & more!! The beds were all extremely comfy & there was an array of different pillow types to accommodate whatever one requires. Communication with the renter was easy & fast. We found our forever rental! We will stay here again & again & again!

Amazing Condo with great view and huge deck.

We really enjoyed this place and would definitely consider going back. This condo is high up so you can see for miles. We spent a lot of time out on the spacious deck. It really is one of the best features of this unit. The interior is well decorated and upgraded for a premium rental experience. Many units on PCB have a narrow view from the living room, but the view from this unit is expansive. There is plenty to see and do within walking distance. Brenda was very responsive, making for an efficient and pleasant booking process. Rent this unit and you won't be sorry.

This was a great place for our family of 6. The bigger boys stayed in the full bunk beds, little man slept in his own personal "closet" and we had the master to ourselves. We had everything we needed to cook everyday including an air fryer! Having the balcony as an office (I work remote) was fantastic. The wifi worked very well, no issues. Plenty of options for TV (Netflix, cable, etc). Having beach towels and beach chairs available was very nice. The bag beach chairs provided by Brenda are great! They have umbrellas attached and everything. The only issue we had was the master bed. My husband has a bad back and the mattress was way too hard for us. It's just a personal preference, but good to know. We slept on the couches one night and stole the bottom bunk from our oldest on the last night. All in all, this condo is really fantastic, close to some great restaurants and fun (mini golf/arcade/sling shot). Highly recommend.

Simply Amazing!

What Can I say? The Views were absolutely gorgeous. Brenda was super nice and I felt like if I needed anything I could contact her and she would get back with me ASAP. The condo, overall was awesome, Very modern and decorated beautifully. But we spent most of our time on that huge balcony. By far the best balcony I’ve ever been on in Panama City! I was worried about staying on that end of Panama, Only because I’ve never stayed there before. But the beaches were not overcrowded, it was quiet and very peaceful. I found that the drive to the things that we wanted to do was not near as bad as I thought it would be. You could be anywhere in 10 minutes. We stayed here during the Covid pandemic, And I can honestly say I was relieved and not concerned for our health in this condo. It almost made me forget about the kind of world we live in right now. I would definitely recommend this condo for anybody looking for a peaceful getaway. Hopefully, I can return next summer for an unforgettable vacation! Thank you Brenda for opening your home to us!
