First off let me say that the views from the condo were amazing! But we did have some hiccups. The shower in master bathroom was hard to set the temperature. The water is scolding hot if not set right so be careful. The WiFi is very slow. So slow that the tv was buffering every few minutes. I checked the download speeds and it was less than 1 Mbps. I mentioned this to the host and was told to restart the router which I believe was behind a locked panel. Someone was supposed to come and check on that but never did that I’m aware of. Also, the condominium requires armbands for guests to use the pool. We only got 2. We needed 5. I asked the host for them multiple times and never got them. Luckily Security only said something to us on the last day about not having them.The condominium itself has strict policies which is not a bad thing but can be aggravating sometimes. Security knocked on my door at 10:30pm to ask if we were smoking. I said no we trying to sleep. They have a zero tolerance policy and only allow you to smoke in certain areas. I also got a parking violation and threatened to tow my truck for “parking incorrectly”. I parked a few inches over the line on an end parking spot because I have a big truck. I wasn’t blocking another spot or traffic. I noticed other vehicles in the following days doing the same thing and never saw an “notice” on there vehicle. Other than that nice place and awesome views. Also access to the gym is not included in rental which is a bummer.
Don’t park like this unless you want a parking violation.

Pool shut down for 2 days. Toilet overflowed and never flushed right. Master shower had no heat control and was either scalding or barely coming out. Arcade and fitness center not open. Outdated appliances with issues. Even the corner store-half bag of chips and cheese for 6.15. Asked for an extra bag of chips and my daughter was snapped at saying we cannot buy the nacho chips pick something from out in the store. Every thing we did in PCB was better than our on site experience

I must say I dont think the owners know how terrible the management company is. I own two VRBOs and this was horrible. No shampoo, conditioner, one roll toilet paper , one garbage bag. I was very sick and asked for late checkout and they charged me 68 . So so so very disappointing.
