Let our military family home become your vacation getaway. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, right on the beach, sleeps 9 with a pull out in the living room. It is ranked in the top 1 percent of VRBO in ratings and in bookings. Come experience what our happy guests rave about and you will see why we are in the top 1 percent of VRBO Bookings, top 1 percent of VRBO reviews and #1 in response rates. High enough to escape the street noise (3rd Fl), but low enough to avoid uneasy feeling of being up so high. Beautiful views and relaxing sounds of the crashing surf. Strictly NO SMOKING, NO PET rental due to owner allergies. Lots of local activities to enjoy. Accessible to local shopping. Walking distance to Walmart. On site parking for 1 vehicle included (additional vehicle $50). In unit laundry, wifi all included. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this condo. We listen to our guests--recently added additional linen and a TV in each bedroom. We don't hold the unit without a deposit. See map for exact location. This is the Marisol Building. Remember, consumables are YOUR responsibility. As a reminder, this is our home; not a hotel. You are expected to clean up after yourselves. This property is available for month and quarterly rental for all those snowbirds out there. Submit questions and we will be happy to address them. Discounted rates are available depending upon length of stay and seasonal demand.

Our Vacation

We had a great time during our stay. Everyone really liked the condo. Kitchen was well equipped. The only thing we really needed that we did not have were clothes hangers in the closets. The parking space was great right at the front door. We would surely recommend this condo rental.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room accommodated all our needs and we had plenty of room. We had 4 adults 4 kids and 2 babies. They had games and beach toys for the kids! Host was very responsive and communication was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Had a little bit of a rough start with my check in but once the host was available the rest of the week was a breeze. Perfect location & beautiful views. Only recommendation I have is to provide more wash cloths as we did not have enough for our group & had to wash them every night. Thank you for a great week!

Very nice place. With a beautiful view of ocean from our bedroom. They room was breathe taking there. Was. Only 1 thing. I didn't like. When we. Come. To the beach. We love to rent sling shots. It makes getting around so much easyer. And. We get to see more. Of. They beautiful place. Traveling around. On them. I wish. Vrdo. Listing. Stated. If there. Don’t let this little piece of paradise slip by!

This condo provided the perfect little getaway for me and my family! First, prompt communication with the host is always a major plus! We loved the location, convenience, and breath taking beach views. We were conveniently located right outside the banana boat and jet ski rentals which was on our to do list, plus the individuals who ran the stand made the experience that much better! Two spacious bathrooms, and 3 spacious rooms! The master bedroom has a view of the beach to die for! Many times we were able to see dolphins right off of our balcony! The parking spot is a little tight and stressful to get in and out of (we have a Chrysler Pacifica) BUT they do offer a 2nd parking pass for across the street if you prefer which is a bonus! Everything was clean and they offered a lot of basic dishes/appliances. You do have to message the host to set the temperature, but I completely understand the logic behind it! We are already looking at future dates to book again!

The condo and entire facility was clean, safe and well maintained. The view from the balcony is awesome! It was close to everything we needed! The property manager was very accessible and easy to communicate with. We had a great time and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Family spring break

Great location. Super crowded area during spring break. Rooms were Large and we didn’t feel crowded at all with our party of 6. Enjoyed parking right at the door. Had everything we needed. I do wish we could control the air ourself but I totally understand why the owner does it. I am sure he would have changed it many times but we just left it on 1 temp bc we didn’t want to bother him. (We had cold and warm weather). If we ever go back to PCB we would definitely stay again. Owner responds quickly.

A perfect weekend getaway, the condo was nicely appointed with what we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out and a nice quiet location in the midst of busy PC beach. Would definitely rebook!

View of beach is amazing!

The condo unit was quite spacious for our family of four. The temperature was below normal during our December stay, but the view of the beach from the condo was amazing. Owners were quick to respond to requests. Would highly recommend this condo to others and would stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area!

Siblings Vacation 2023

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was perfect for our group. The host called to check on us on our arrival to see if we needed anything, etc. He had the thermostat adjusted to our requested comfort level and we appreciated that. Everything else was just fine. It was right there on the beach, the views were beautiful. This condo had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely consider staying there again.
