Right on the beach and good location

I really liked this condo. It’s cute. We had one issue with a faucet and the owners had it fixed immediately. They were so helpful. It was clean and the view is great. I like the location. I would stay again.

Unclean room

As we entered the non smoking room it reeked of cigarette smoke, turned water on in kitchen and gnats swarmed everywhere! The shower head in bathroom was covered in mildew/ black mold. Sand in the washing machine. Was not allowed to set A/C any lower than 75 or it would freeze up p/ note on thermostat. Elevator out of service on our end, and main middle ones broke for half a day. I know it’s an older condo but the lack of cleaning was unacceptable!

Just ok

The room was decent. Could have used a good cleaning and would have been nice to have a refill of toilet paper. The check in was easy and the check out process was also. We were only there to sleep and shower so not in the room much. Bathrooms could've used a deep cleaning and if i had brought my kids or we were in the room more, i would've gotten cleaner and done it myself just to be comfortable during my stay. Decent room for what we were there for, the motorcycle rally.

Wonderful stay

We loved staying at the Summit. The amenities were great! Loved how quick and easy it was to access the beach. Our room was showing its age with some wear and tear, but it was clean and had a wonderful balcony and view. The only issue was every morning we were woke up to loud construction noises. I do understand they were just doing their job and making improvements, but we would loved to have had one day to sleep without the wall vibrating sounds. Great location, friendly staff and security seemed to be doing their job well as it was spring break and everyone seemed to be well behaved.
