Love the security!

Felt totally comfortable staying there with my family including small children. Gated entrance and exit, always security on site, quiet hours were enforced! Will definitely stay at The Summit again!

Everything would have been excellent if not for balcony construction. The listing on Vrbo was obscure about the construction and should have either been more obvious on the listing or not rented. The smell of paint fumes were strong and the sound of hammer drills from 8am to 4pm every day was intolerable. I would have enjoyed the place immensely if not for that. The actual condo and amenities were excellent. Everything in the condo was clean and well appointed. The facility has plenty to offer and a feeling of security.
