Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

What's Nearby: Summit Beach Resort is just a few minutes from numerous restaurants.  Hammer Head Freds is right across the street, and many others are less than a 10-minute walk or a short drive away.  Family-friendly attractions such as Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe it or not, Shipwreck Island Water Park are within 5 miles, as well as multiple beach supply stores such as Alvin's Island and Sunsation's.  St Andrews State Park is less than 5 miles away, where you can catch the Shuttle boat to Shell Island or enjoy hiking, picnicking, fishing, and more.  Via direct beach access, you will find activities such as beach volleyball, parasailing,g and much more!
