Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Resort was in great shape. Elevators were faster than expected. Lived Bikini Bob’s and the pools. Our unit was VERY rundown. No hot water in the shower, the toilets barely worked, outlets falling off the walls in the kitchen, leaky dishwasher. Very disappointed in the condition of our room.

Not happy

3 out of the 4 days we had to deal with Summit’s maintenance. They are rude and disrespectful. We found our room wide open for anyone to enter with no one in the room twice. They shut our water off and did not even notify us. It became a very stressful stay and we were supposed to be on vacation to relax.
