The open floor plan living room features floor to ceiling windows with a sliding glass door that opens onto the tiled wrap around balcony. Curl up on the leather sofa and loveseat to read a good book. The 65" wall mounted TV swivels so it can be viewed from anywhere in the living area! Be sure to bring your devices so you can surf by the surf with free wireless that's included with your rental.

The beachfront dining room table has six chairs and additional seating at the bar for three. It's a great place for enjoying your meals or playing cards or board games with the whole group! The kitchen looks out over the dining room to the ocean so, you have a great beach view even while you are on kitchen duty! Modern appliances, dishes, pots and pans, flatware, glassware, etc. are all included with your rental. So, you can cook in if your don't feel like going out to one of the amazing restaurants that are near by.

The master bedroom offers beautiful beach views and has a sliding glass door that leads you out onto the wrap around balcony. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed as well as a twin and a 65" flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Step into the en-suite master bath where you will find a large soaking tub and single vanity.

The second master suite provides a king sized Tempur-Pedic bed with a wall mounted Roku TV. The coastal casual décor really sets the mood for a great beach vacation! This room has a private entrance to the en-suite second master bathroom so there's plenty of privacy here. The private en-suite second master bathroom is beautifully decorated and has a tub/shower combo with it's own private single vanity area and hair dryer.

The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with luxury linens and fluffy pillows for a good night's sleep. This third bedroom features floor to ceiling windows of the Gulf so you can enjoy listening to the waves crashing against the shore. This bedroom has a bathroom adjacent to it which makes getting ready for a night out on the town a breeze.

Your rental includes parking passes that must be picked up at our office before arrival. The complex has ample parking on site. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool.

The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is across the walkway bridge. There are 10 lighted Plexi-cushion tennis courts, and a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf. The fitness center features treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines and stair-master machines. There is a charge for these activities.

On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grill beachfront restaurant that offers Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, poolside dining, pizza shop, poolside bar and Edgie's Corner Market with Starbucks and ice cream (small shops are seasonal). The resort also offers free tram service for access to many of the available amenities. Everything you need is nearby or onsite!
