Me gusto mucho el apartamento, muy bien iluminado(luz natural),amplio, el conjunto muy bien organizado. Me faltaron sartenes y ollas (utensilios de cocina) para preparar el desayuno. Muy bien ubicado, supermercados cerca y el metro bus a la mano.

The property is located in a perfect easy accessible location. It was very clean and dmall essentials were missing like salt sugar, the 2nd bedroom was missing the ac control so my son and mother had to sleep in the living room. Theyofferedtocome during hours that i had planned tours in the city. So we never got that fixed. Otherwise theplaxe was very nice.

Amazing and spacious apartment with amazing views! Great for families and or groups! Great price! The only downside, one of the beds was very uncomfortable to sleep.

The view from this apartment was awesome. Perfect size for a family of four with basic amenities. Furniture was simple. Sofa had few stains, floors were scratched and dented, cracked sink. Bed mattresses hard and pillows were paper thin. Bathroom had 1 soap size of a quarter, small shampoo and body lotion (hotel size). For 7 days it did not last. The white towels were worn out and they looked more like grey. Wish they had a hair dryer, an iron, and cloth hangers. We had no problems with the A/C or hot water. The gas range was tricky to turn on. Ice maker was not working. No kitchen towels to dry dishes or paper towel. The washing machine needs maintenance. Although rusty and dirty, great to have. There was some difficulty figuring out the lock system of the apartment. There is also another card to insert in a slot inside the apartment to turn on the electricity. The parking garage was a challenge as it is very tight and narrow. Trying to get in and out of the building is also difficult due to heavy traffic on that particular street. Gym had some damaged equipment. Overall, this apartment was very comfortable.

Terrible customer service. Apartments have many defects. Constant AC and Hot water issues. Don’t waste your time selecting a nice apartment. They will assign you to any apartment they choose and give you excuses about maintenance issues in the apartment you actially reserved.

Spectacular view from the 31st floor of the city and partial ocean greeted us every morning, with a nice little patio to enjoy it from too. Three bedrooms, all with nice beds, plus a nice and large main and dining area. Everything worked well, including the air conditioning. Very safe residential building with front door security. It is not located in a main tourist area, but 5-10 min drive from best parts of Panama City. Area itself seemed safe. Food recommendation: one of the best restaurants in Panama (called Maito) is an easy walk (2 blocks away), with prices a bargain compared to similar places in US/Europe.

Apartment was sparse and in poor condition with a lot of scuff marks, cracks and outside doors that wouldn't close properly. In one room we tried lowering the blind by 30 cm which led the string to break and shortly thereafter the whole blind fell to the ground which wasn't a surprise once we saw how it was held together. Small issue: no hot water. Seems the pilot flame on the gas heater had gone out and wouldn't restart so cold showers for everyone. The only thing going for this apartment was the view which was very pretty.

The property was located in a great area. E loved the pool are. Its absolutely a "you get what you pay for" property. It is not expensive but it was not the cleanest either. It is an older building that they are trying to make newer. Communication was great and overall we enjoyed our stay

Apartment is in a great location. Staff were super friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to Hwy 1. Pool is really nice. If I was local and driving into the city for vacation some of these would be irrelevant but traveling internationally you don’t really want to pack some of essentials that I would have expected to be provided. Downsides - VERY minimally appointed. 2 pots and 1 small skillet. Needs a good cleaning. No can opener, mixing bowls, cork screw, pot holders etc. Bathrooms need mats and more towels, pool towels. Kitchen drawer was missing a back so couldn’t really put things in that drawer.
