Just the facts

Property was gracious to allow us early check in and late check out as I was in town for a local festival with my working K9. Check in clerk and check out clerk (same pleasant young man) was professional and personable. I requested 1st floor room at end of facility for my working K9 and other reasons. Was told no problem but got to property and only 2nd floor with different room configuration was available. No problem, adjustments made, Morning of check out I am preparing to leave for work and notice no coffee maker in room as pictured and noted in advertisement on HOTELS.COM and WEB. Spoke with female morning clerk, states some rooms have coffee makers and some don't. In addition, it wouldn't matter as the property is out of coffee. Oh well. Female clerk was very dismissive and well, didnt really seem to care. I am a coffee drinker and its one of the main reasons I chose a hotel for in-room coffee service. Don't advertise it if you don't have it.

The property was convenient to everything. The rooms provided everything you’d need for extended stays…pots, pans, utensils, silverware, cups, cooking area, etc. Facility was clean & quiet.

4 day stay wiyh no linen swap.Never saw housekeeping anywhere in the hotel.Room doors slam behind youand practically push you out the door.asked for decaf coffee 3 times.never received any and was told to walk up to the machine near the lobby instead of making it in my room.no tissue paper available,had to go to lobby to ask for toilet paper.room was far from a suite,more like very plain.not very inviting.Probably no more IHG

In general, very nice property. Floors a little sticky, probably from the cleaner used. Hallway carpet in bad need of replacing. Stains bleached out in many places. Undesirable look.
