The hotel was clean and comfortable but lacked the amenities to justify the cost and they definitely cut corners. For example single ply toilet paper, limited access to water (water in room was 10$ a bottle), cheap sheets and toilet seats. Restaurants are over priced, limited service at the pool, very few towels. The cost and reviews are justified by the location which was excellent. It’s a 3 or 4 star charging 5 star rates.

The restaurant at the pool, Caio Lagazzi, was amazing. The Hilton breakfast was top notch, except that they were a little slow bringing drinks (but to be fair it was Christmas day and they may have been understaffed).
