The Raddison seemed like an older building (floors, paint and bathroom caulking) but was otherwise well maintained . Every room has a balcony and faces the beach where you can watch sunset every night. Room service comes only every three days. Pool was very warm and easy access to the beach. Parking was first come so if no spots in front you could park just next door in overflow parking lot. The front door on all the rooms are tight and slam shut unless you catch them. Only bad comment was that (for an advertised non-smoking hotel) there was a lot of smoking on balconies which carried over and ruined our time on the balcony.

The property was good. However if you do your deposit on a card. You might have a big problem trying to get it released back from bank since property won't give a zero balance receipt. I checked out feb 9th 2025, and still haven't got my deposit back.

I loved the location, with the beach and the ocean right outside my window!! I did not like the fact that the laundry room was out of order for the entire 5 days we were there AND their turn down service was only once every 3rd day - or so I was told.

Decent stay at the radison . One thing to note is that the rooms aren’t as clean as they should be upon arriving . The doors struggle to open up without a good nudge. Doors also slam extremely hard and cause your room to shake , walls are very thin. Overall 5.5/10 stay.

My daughter fell down stairs (not at the hotel) and she needed ice for her ankle. All ice machines were broken and a bag of ice at the hotel was $6 plus tax. That was disappointing. We also had to call the FD 2-3 times to have more towels brought to our room. Housekeeping never came like they said they would. Beds are very hard. Pull out sofa mattress was gross. The view is amazing, the staff was wonderful! I think they’re under staffed which is why we had to call so many times for towels. Location is perfect!
