Good staff, rooms very well done with daily service. Pool and sauna always clean and well maintained. Lots of towels. Location ideal for transportation to the attractions like Panama City, Casco veijo, airport and others.

BE AWARE when using the safe!!! DO NOT leave valuable items in there. When I returned and checked my jewelry my van cleef necklace was missing. BAD AND VERY 😞

The area seemed pretty quiet for the most part. There was a supermarket nearby along with local restaurants and food trucks. The staff was extremely friendly, especially Johnathon who assisted us with local suggestions of food and transportation.

Staff was excellent from before the stay til the end of the stay. Facility is well kept. Rooms were spa ious and comfortable. Location is great. 15 minutes from almost everything we wanted to do. Restaurant was excellent as well, morning afternoon and evening. Very impressive.

This hotel was incredible for me and my family. The staff were really helpful, kind and courteous. The breakfast was buffet style and had a variety of options. The hotel is within close proximity for supermarket runs, shopping, parks, etc. Overall, experience was really great and highly recommend.

This place was fantastic! The room was a little dated. But seriously didn't bother me. Housekeeping came everyday, and you could always tell by the smell of the bleach. The floors were mopped daily, again, overall, i loved the openness, as large as a small apartment! The staff were always smiling and willing to help whether at the main entrance or at their scrumptious breakfast. Definitely will stay here again when and if we return to Panamá.
