Checked in Friday afternoon. On Saturday morning The elevator was broken and down for the remainder of our stay. Checked out Monday morning. We had 2 disabled persons in our party making it difficult for them. Thankfully we were on the first floor was able to deal with it otherwise we would’ve had to find another hotel last minute. Ugh

Although the room was clean, bathroom had issues. Toilet rocked back and forth. Tub spout came out of wall. Only two working carts to take luggage to the room. Heard one guest on ground level floor had her room broken into. So won’t stay again.

Love the location! Price is right on for the property, the electrical outlets are very dated and pushed in makes charging phones, tablet and Fitbit a little frustrating. This was an awesome week and I will definitely come back or decide to stay.

Don’t stay here! You get what you pay for

The room was completely filthy! You get what you pay for! The couch was so dirty that I tried to clean it some and sprayed it down with Lysol!! Used straws were left from previous stays! The floors were dirty and the toilet linked!

Hell hotel!

At first we were excited, we got a beachfront hotel with a clear view of the ocean, when we first walked in that door we almost immediately walked out. There was mold and rust on walls and toilet. The bathtub was horribly torn up. Not to mention… everyone else had a modern TV while we had a TV from I would say the 1990’s. When we went in the bed (no one had gone to the beach yet) there was already sand on it! There were cockroaches EVERYWHERE and bugs on the ceiling, and the odor was disgusting. The pool was not on dirty but had poop in it! Straight up poop right in the middle of the pool. The pictures on the website are false, I would rate this 0 stars if I could. DONT STAY HERE.

Never again

The condition of the hotel was outdated. The room looked clean but the floors were dirty. The beds were the cheap steel frames that made noise everytime you moved. The tiles were trying to come up off the floor. We were only there for one night and the day of check out the turned our key off at 8 am when checkout was not until 10. Housekeeping tried to come in the room before we were done packing. Seriously not worth the amount they charged. Being on the beach is the only reason they could get away with the prices they charge.

Double charged

My receipt through hotels.com stated that the deposit of $329.85 was paid on Oct 29, 2024. Leaving a balance of $714.00 due at check-in. However, when I went to check in they charged me the full price of $1072.51. Where is my deposit?
