Alona Park is a private residential compound with 16 apartments and bungalows in total. Comfortable living in this unique, spacious 218 sqm/ 2346 sq ft, high-end penthouse with 4-bedrooms (2 large with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms) located behind Alona Beach. 3 bedrooms and the lounge have aircons. the fourth bedroom has a ceiling fan, as also does master bedroom 1.

Enjoy your vacation in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet only a 5 minute walk to the tourist nerve center in Tawala village. Pangalo and especially Tawala enjoy a plethora of international restaurants and bars. We find generally that most guests prefer to eat out, at least for lunch and dinner as there are many restaurants including Korean, Thai, Indian, Japanese, Italian, Swiss and Filipino of course! Immediately next door, there is a Swiss-owned rstaurant, Tip Top, offering excellent, inexpensive international cuisine. They also have a delicatessen with a good range of wines, beers, charcuterie, meat, cheeses and other food items. Tip Top restaurant is a perfect place for breakfast for guests not wishing to cook. You can also order for delivery to the apartment. For self-caterers, the penthouse has a large fully equipped kitchen with gas and induction cookers, family-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven.

With 2 king beds, 1 double sofa bed,, 2 twin beds, and 2 single beds, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests, this welcoming property is perfect for families seeking space and relaxation. Enjoy the convenience of 3 bathrooms equipped with hot/cold water, a shower, bathtub, bidet, and hair dryers. Relax in the large, airy and light open plan lounge-dining room with breakfast bar. The spacious lounge has 2 large sofas and coffee table.

The dining area leads on to a large balcony. There is also a service balcony at the rear for drying clothes etc. TV is in the lounge and highspeed fiber WiFi with a repeater covers the entire apartment. There is also a laundry room for handwashing. For those who need to work, there are work spaces in one large bedroom and one small bedroom. The two large bedrooms also have vanity tables and large mirrors

In the tropical garden there is a large, pristine pool, a children's pool, outside grill and bar area. Parking is available (subject to prior booking and availability) and the compound is guarded 24x7, also with CCTV around the perimeter and covering the pool area for safety.

The apartment is serviced every 4 or 5 days or by arrangement, replacing bed linen and towels The guards will be happy to assist you with basic concierge services, tour bookings, transportation, drinking water replenishment, etc.

The nearest beach is Alona Beach. Less crowded beaches, especially during the weekdays are found in White Beach, Dumaluan Beach and Momo Beach at the western end of the island.
