Rooms were clean and well decorated. Beds were ok, but the frames were not very sturdy. First room had no water, so we had to change rooms. The TV's were too small for how far away they were from the bed. Customer service is remote, can be reached by text or phone only and was prompt to respond about resolving issues.

The room was clean and it looked like the advertised picture. There was not a chair in the room so there was nowhere to sit except the bed. The hairdryer did not work but luckily, I had brought one with me. The check in is virtual and worked out fine. There is no front desk. I could not find the ice machine. I messaged the virtual chat and still have not heard back (4 days later). I ended up going to the little grocery store to get ice. I was able to park right in front of the room so unloading the car was very convenient. I would stay again. Overall, it worked out.

I looked at a lot of places in this area. I picked this one because it looked like it was recently remodeled. The room was nice and clean. The room looked like the advertised picture. It is a virtual check in so there is no one in the office. That worked out fine. I couldn't find an ice machine and messaged the virtual chat but never got an answer and still haven't found the ice machine even though there was an ice container in the room. I ended up driving down to the grocery store for ice. The hairdryer didn't work but luckily, I brought one with me. There was not a chair in the room. It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit instead of on the bed. Other than that, it was nice and I would stay again. I also liked that you could park right in front of the room to unload everything. That was very convenient.
