Parking includes 1 shared garage space for 2 cars, 2 additional spots on the property, and street parking. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. Please shower before entering the pool, especially after using sunscreen. When using the automatic gate, let it complete its cycle. Keep doors and windows closed when heating or air conditioning is on.
A lady lives on the property but not in the reserved villa. Tennis courts are a 15-minute walk away. The spa and golf course are a 10-minute walk, and the center of Ferreira de Pantón is also nearby. Monforte de Lemos is 9 km away. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee. Children must be supervised by an adult in the pool.
