bonjour, hôtel tout à fait correct pour un passage à Tahiti (un point pour la gentillesse du personnel) néanmoins, une isolation sonore des fenêtres pourrait être souhaitable car nous étions coté centre ville et le bruit des scooter la nuit était dérangeant pour la nuit. cordialement

male staff was very rude, breakfast that we paid was not worth it, it was the same breakfast every day, no clarity was provided when booking breakfast, no milk was provided for the room, most disappointing was the male staff at front desk, very rude.

Our bed sheet has blood stains on it.Limited supply of towels.Most uncomfortable bed and pillows.Terrible breakfast.Nobody should stay at this property. Nothing good except morning front desk person was very helpful

The bed was horrible. King size mattress on a queen box spring, bed was on wheels which slid everywhere. Room Safe did not work. Loud vehicles as area is industrial. Staff not too friendly. We were glad to leave.

Staying at Sarah Nui was a good decision. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. It had air conditioning, so we slept in comfort. The cleaning staff were excellent and helped keep us stocked up with toiletries and clean towels in spite of our staying in the room to catch up on sleep. They seemed to understand.
