Tangerine Sunsets Paradise Beach Villa

This privately owned 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bathroom apartment unit is located in a resort on Paradise Island. Close to Cabbage Beach, the Atlantis Hotel and Marina Village, you’ll love my place. Is good for couples, adventurers and solo adventurers. The apartment holds up to 4 people. Big bedroom upstairs,full bathroom and small balcony. Downstairs, small kitchen, dinning area, living room,sofa bed,1/2 bathroom and front patio. Pool located infront of the unit, private walkway to beach(40 sec. Walk)

Potential for noise - There is Karaoke every Friday at the bar which is on site. Spring-breakers or partiers may be renting other units on site
Some spaces are shared - Pool / Bar area. All beaches in the Bahamas are public. The private 40 second walkway in the back to the beach leads to cabbage beach

Wonder in Nassau
Despite the rain, we had a wonderful time in this lovely VRBO! It was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed the convenience of the property’s location. The communication was some of the best we had ever received from a property owner. Thank you for a memorable and glorious time on Paradise Island!

Good location, nice setting, needs updating
Paradise Island is an excellent area (although you will need to sort transport) and the property backs onto picturesque Cabbage beach. Functionally everything works in the apartment and the gardens are well maintained We much enjoyed lazing by the pool and eating at Viola's restaurant, which is on the same site. The apartment and the complex in general need bringing up to-date, much has remained unchanged for many years and requires some renovation.

Quiet and not crowded
This was a nice location and is definitely within walking distance to Atlantis. When we arrived at the airport we had pre scheduled transportation, and there were some communication issues in regards to that, but Geralle (driver) came to the airport quickly to get us and was absolutely fantastic. He told us the ins/outs of the area, which was very helpful. The actual condo was very clean, but does need a little updating (but I’m ok with that as long as it is clean). We were short a beach towel and Duran was very responsive and made sure we were brought one as soon as possible. Our entire stay, we practically had both pools and a lot of the beach to ourselves which was wonderful. The food at Viola’s was very good (the hamburgers were huge). We also at at Anthony’s Murray’s Deli, and Marina Pizza….of these restaurants Marina Pizza and Viola’s were the best. From the description on VRBO, I thought the Villa was a little closer to the beach (like walk out your door and you were right there), but it was probably a 3-4 minute walk to get there (not a deal breaker. The ocean is beautiful and no one was pushy when it came to trying to rent beach chairs/umbrellas, jet skis, etc. All and all we had a great stay and would come back again…..thank you all for a great stay and if you can use Geralle as your driver please do he’s great!

Paradise Getaway
We had a very nice time. Place was quiet, clean and easy walking distance to all the places we enjoyed going (to feed the turtles in the waterway, Starbucks each morning, dinner in the evenings, beach....). This is my second stay at this property and we would defiantly plan to stay at this VRBO again. They were helpful with all our needs (transportation, groceries, wine store.....) Thank you for everything.

Outdated apartment
Apartment was outdated and the downstairs floor had a distinct smell similar to a moldy smell. We called the management office and they were quick to check on it but really just used a bleach product to cover things up and said they didn’t see any mold spores, which the bleach wore off and the smell came back. But I know the smell of mold and it’s def present and doesn’t always have to be visible and can be in the air duct work etc. Wouldn’t stay there again

Perfect spot
Lovely rental in a well maintained facility. Proximity to pool and excellent beach make it ideal. Also helps to have a good restaurant within steps of the front door. Highly recommend.

Bahama Getaway
My wife and I stayed here for 5 days, and everything was perfect. The place is exactly as listed, check in was easy, and the team at tangerine sunsets was extremely responsive. Definitely book a ride from the airport through them if you're not renting a car, it was cheaper and they're very friendly and will stop for groceries if you want. The location has 2 pools, one cleaner than the other, but we used the beach the whole time as you're right on the ocean, and it's an amazing beach. And the restaurant right there is delicious and the best value in Nassau, we loved Violas. We also loved the balcony in front, we read there at least once a day. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
