This is an amazing three bedroom villa with spacious outdoors, located less than 200 meters from the sea.
Enjoying prime location, villa is less than 15 minutes walk to Fig Tree Bay and the center of Protaras.
A beautiful Vizakia Beach with shallow clear sea is only 5 minutes walk from the villa.
As you walk in you will find spacious and airy living area with a large and fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas.
A patio doors lead to shaded area where you can dine al-fresco.
All 3 good size bedrooms are on the first floor.
The master bedroom has its own balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower room, and there is additional family bathroom with bath tub on the same floor.

Annual Spring break in the Protaras

Lovely villa in convenient area a short 15 minute walk to the centre either by road or further 5 minutes by the coastal path. Comfortable beds and refreshing pool with Roman steps and seating wall. Hosts were easily contactable and obliging when we asked for a late checkout for late flight.

Lovely place, would stay again

Villa was very clean on arrival and check in was easy. Pool was fantastic, has seating in the pool and it was nice and warm (August). They even leave some inflatables for you which saved us time and money! Villa is in a quiet location with a lovely neighbour. The beach with everything going on like water sports, restaurants, shops etc was a 10/15 minute walk. Lots to do there. Communication with any issues was great. The air con in the main bedroom didn’t work and I spent a lot of time washing towels that had to be put down because it was leaking so bad. They sent out two different people, second person stopped the leak but we still didn’t have air con in the main bedroom. Luckily my partner brought a fan with him! The Villa is a little smaller than it looks in the photos and there were some niggly issues but I have a feeling this may be a new property for them so hopefully it’ll be sorted for the next guests as we reported them when we left for them to improve on. The WiFi was great. Black out blinds. One thing I would say is only one key was provided and it was attached to the electric jet with no way of getting it off so you all need to leave together and come back together! Even with the issues we would still stay here again, the team are very nice to deal with and they let us stay past checkout until our transfers arrived later that day which was a massive help to us and very much appreciated.
