This modern 3 bedroom villa with a private pool is a great option for a family holiday. Located in Pernera, it is within close walking distance to the beaches and resort centre. The villa is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
As you enter the the villa, you will find the modern and contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a comfortable seating area and widescreen with Satellite TV, the dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a breakfast bar with extra seating for 6 people.
There is also a W/C on this floor.
Upstairs, the villa has 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and double bed, bedroom 2 with a double bed and bedroom 3 with two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets, and there is access to the shared balcony that overlooks the pool area from two of the bedrooms.
The main family bathroom with a bathtub, overhead shower and WC is on this floor
Outside, the spacious garden offers both sunny and shaded areas for relaxing and sunbathing around the pool, and outside dining.

The property was really clean upon arrival. There was nothing really to complain about but it’s probably time it was given a complete makeover starting to look a bit tired
