Great location but some additions needed for convenience, comfort and cleanliness.
The property is in a great location, near to Zorbas Bakery, the beach, stores and restaurants but it does need some additional touches to make it more comfortable such as oven gloves and tea towels, these would have been good, probably essential if you are thinking of cooking. Luckily, a sponge and washing up liquid was provided, which is more than what there has been when staying in other villas around the area. The cookware was gigantic and there was nothing suitable for one or two people, we're talking huge pots and pans, not a simple small frying or sauce pan in sight.
The air-conditioning downstairs did not work and there was no obvious master switch to turn it on, the microwave didn't work either and none of the towels were bath sheets so not large enough to actually put around yourself.
Otherwise, everything about this villa is brilliant. So much space, room for parking, plenty of chairs and sun loungers. I would say that the villa needed a further clean prior to arrival as the light switches and plug sockets were visibly dirty but this could have been because the season hadn't really started. There was also only one sink plug for a property with two baths and a kitchen sink, so this was inconvenient too.
A huge plus of this property that may be overlooked is that it had a screen door to prevent bugs from flying into the living space, something which other properties in the area could definitely benefit from.
