Set just 100 metres from the beach and close to everything a family might need, Villa Irina offers a spacious and well-appointed stay in the peaceful Blue Water Bay development in Kapparis.



This three-bedroom villa is in a fantastic location—only a short walk to local restaurants, cafés, shops, and the coast. Sitting on a private corner plot, it offers added privacy along with views of the sea from the villa and two of the bedrooms.



Inside, the open-plan living and dining area is both bright and comfortable, with pool views, a large flat-screen TV with access to over 1,000 international channels, and Wi-Fi throughout. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine and everything needed for a relaxed, self-catering stay.



Outside, the private pool area is perfect for both fun and relaxation, with ample space for sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, a built-in BBQ, and a shaded seating spot—great for family meals or just unwinding.



Upstairs, the villa has three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, blackout blinds, a private sun terrace, and plenty of storage. The two additional bedrooms each have twin beds and the same thoughtful touches, ideal for children or additional guests.

Thank you for another wonderful stay. The villa was spotless and you provided everything we needed. Your customer service was 5 star and we can't wait to return next year. Everything was perfect. Great swimming pool, lovely outdoor area, very private and peaceful, and a brilliant location, only 5 minutes walk from the fantastic restaurants of Kapparis and the gorgeous beach.

Great location and really responsive customer team

We stayed for a week in October 2022. The Villa had everything we needed and was in a good location for the beach and local restaurants. It was also in a quiet location too which was important as we had a small child with an early bed time with us. What mad ethe stay fantastic was the responsiveness of the operations and customer services teams. Whenever we had a question, they came back to us quickly with an answer and or a resolution e.g. we needed an extra drying rack as had a lot of laundry. It was with us the same day. I would definitely recommend this property.

There was a stale water smell in the area of the upstairs washing machine, laminate had come off the Kitchen units. Air conditioning didn’t work until we fitted new batteries in the remote. Bed was uncomfortable. Property needed some attention to make it brilliant as the location was great

Overall we were happy with the star at Villa Irini. Just a couple of issues. The pictures on the website are out of date and could do with updating. The villa is definitely showing signs of wear and tear which would have nice to know about. Communication was very good except for one day when there was no water. I contacted the company and they informed me that the whole area had no water. It would have been nice if they had let us know first. Also a few basic instructions about where to dispose of rubbish would have been helpful. The villa was in a good area, close to beaches and restaurants
