This modern and well-kept 4 bedroom villa is spacious both inside and outside. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, it is within 10 minutes walk of both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.

Inside, the villa is modern and comfortable with an open-plan living and dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room on the ground floor ans a separate W/C.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed with en-suite shower room and there are 2 twin bedrooms. There is also a large family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower.
