This elegant and inviting 4 bedroom villa is located in Protaras, just a few minutes walk to the main Protaras strip and the beaches and amenities. Its classic décor and furnishings, sizeable garden and tranquil surroundings make this the perfect villa for family or friends looking for a comfortable and peaceful holiday

The ground floor of the villa features an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area with patio doors leading out to the garden and pool, and offering picturesque hill and sea views. The living room provides comfortable sofas and widescreen TV; the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 people, and the kitchen is complete with all modern appliances and utensils needed for your self-catering stay, as well as a breakfast bar with extra seating for two people.
One of the double bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, with an en suite bathroom with bathtub, overhead shower and WC. In addition, there are patio doors in here that lead to the garden

Upstairs, you will find the remaining three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom each with shower and WC. One of the bedrooms has its own private balcony, and the other two bedrooms share a large balcony, all of which provide beautiful, panoramic views.

Would return without hesitation

Just home from a great week at this villa with a family group of 7 aged from 21 to 75. Communication with IVR was fabulous from booking to checkout and any queries were answered promptly - they even provide a link to an app, closer to your arrival, with all the villa info you need (amenities, appliance instructions, local area etc) and organised a return airport taxi transfer for us (George Whatsapped us the day before we arrived to let us know he’d be there, then sent a photo of where he was waiting when we arrived - very helpful). The pool was much bigger than we expected and had plenty of space for swimming, as well as pool games and inflatables. The kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfy. The villa was a little tired in places (e.g. some tiles missing from the pool, some damage to bottom of bathroom door in downstairs bedroom, temperamental fridge door (white fridge in kitchen) - make sure you push it ‘til you think it’s closed, then push it again to close it fully) but nothing major and certainly nothing that detracted from a really enjoyable stay. The villa is walking distance to a lovely beach with clear, shallow sea, great for swimming (sun beds €2.50 for the day, parasols also €2.50). A couple of really good restaurants in town (Hippocampus Lounge and Axinos Seafood and Sushi - despite the name they do also offer meat, vegetarian and vegan options) We’d also recommend ice cream from Patisserie Amelie. If you’re looking for any food or wine tours, then we’d recommend Cyprus Taste Tours - tailored trips with door to door pick up and drop off and knowledgeable, friendly, local guides. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to Villa Liana (as listed on Vrbo, although the actual name of the villa is Villa Margarita, which I had found a little confusing/concerning before our trip, especially as there seemed to be no reviews for this villa, but I needn’t have worried, and hope this review is helpful if you’re hesitating to book for the same reasons)
