My experience at this space was very horrible horrible horrible horrible such a big hotel but no understanding when it comes to the customer service. My experience with me and my two kids were so horrible. I book a one room with double beds and when I reached there, they told me that I have to add my kids and if I cannot pay for my kids is additional 400 and something dollars very horrible.

Property is beautiful but there are areas that was not up to standard for a 5 star the room bath area is small and the faucet is too tall for the sink, when one showers the entire bathroom get water everywhere, they also didn't have luggage carts and the breakfast was not the best
