Seascapes Waterfront 3

Welcome to your own private getaway, overlooking the ocean in Raumati South. The ultimate perfect getaway for couples or singles wanting to relax and unwind. This is as close to the ocean as you can get without stepping onto the beach – sea breeze and quiet seclusion with the most amazing views.

Indoors flow into outdoors with large glass sliding doors opening the whole room to the private balcony. Double glazing throughout keeps the studio warm and quiet. The views are awe-inspiring in any weather – whether its clear skies, cloudscapes or stunning sunsets. It’s even the perfect spot to watch the winter storms roll in!
Enjoy the ocean panorama from Kapiti Island and islands of the Marlborough Sounds south to Mana Island and the rugged hills of Pukerua Bay. Minimal city lights make for great star gazing and the moon setting over the ocean is a real treat.
You’ll have direct access down the steps to our safe beach. It’s great for swimming in the warm season. It’s perfect for long walks any time of the year!
Dine out at one of our great local cafes or restaurants – just 1.5km to Raumati Beach village and under a kilometre to Raumati South village. Or stay in and use the fully featured kitchen. If a classic beachside barbecue is more your thing, just let us know – we’ll make the Webber available for you.

Terms & Cancellations
A deposit of 40% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance remaining is due 30 days prior to check-in. Services and incidentals (damage or breakages) are then due within seven days of your departure unless otherwise arranged. If payment has not been made for the balance of the accommodation at 30 days before check in, this will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellations within 90 days of arrival: the full deposit is refunded.
Cancellations between 90 and 42 days of arrival: the deposit is refunded less 10%.
Bookings cancelled within 42 days of arrival: 100% of deposit is charged.

We loved our stay at Seacapes 3. How could you not love a view of Kapiti among other islands with the relaxing sound of the lapping waves. The studio is well designed and equipped. Micheal was an extremely friendly and accommodating host. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing spot right on the beach

Beautiful wee bach - the photos don't really do it justice! All crispy white - super clean, very comfy bed, shower faces the beach - it all reflects lots of care and attention to detail. Walk out of the gate onto the beach - absolutely perfect for for a relaxing weekend getaway. Highly recommended.

Stunning

This is the most beautiful beach house we have ever stayed in throughout the U.S., France, Austraila and New Zealand. Even though it is small, it was perfect and had everything we needed, including plenty of storage space. Absolutely stunning view, we slept with doors open and heard the waves all night, felt the wonderful breeze and saw the stars. The shower was divine with a door/window that opened to the outside. All very private. The host was so nice. Personally greeted us.

A relaxing retreat

If you want the quiet of a rolling surf to look out upon, and the luxury of being in a hideaway above the beach, the total view, the warmth, and the well equipped facilities, then this may also be for you. Just what was needed for a getaway. Total relaxation.

tv problem

great except for the tv was a nightmare to sort and get going, no instructions, could not get any channels for ages, and realised on the last night, it could be flat batteries, swopped batteries around and still would not work properly, just didnt need that hassel. besides, that, iit is a beautiful place to stay.

Wee get away that we couldn't get away to

I had ti give this opportunity to my daughter because of a death in the family. I visited her & my grand daughter when j returned. My 6year old grand daughter was in love with it. She has autism so the sound of waves for 2 days soothed her. The scenary had her mesmerized & because she could see her reflection in your sliding doors she sat staring at herself slot, so for those reasons it was perfection.

A very clean well equipped Bach with a very helpful Owner.Although weather very inclement during our stay we found plenty to do and plenty of local restaurants to visit, including a very nice evening spent at the waterfront restaurant and bar on a wet and stormy evening.

The View!

It’s a studio, and relatively small for an extended stay. It is well-equipped, though some of the switches (e.g. induction stove) are a bit fiddle. But the view! We loved just looking at the ocean and Kapiti Island! Only a very short descent to the ocean, where the walking is superb. We would have preferred a separate bedroom, but didn’t lack for comfort in this studio. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
