The building is beautiful, and has a wonderful Parisian courtyard. If you have difficulty with stairs, probably not right for you. We could use the small elevator for our luggage, and the kids loved it. The flat was clean and beautiful. The kitchen amenities were sufficient, although only one cook pan worked with the induction stove top. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The TV had Chromecast, which is a plus. Loved this area of Paris! Gorgeous walks, felt safe night or day.

We loved the location, the apartment, and the amenities! Clean, spacious, lots of essentials already there, extra towels, toiletries, sheets, etc. We had a wonderful time with our two children on their first Paris visit. Extremely happy!

The place is central walking distance to the train station and some stores and restaurants. The place is clean and well maintained. Glad they’ve accommodated us for earlier checked in. The only set back is there is lots of stairs my niece is disabled and has wheelchair, and had a hard time with transfer from few stairs to the small elevator. Also there is no air conditioning the fans were not enough to cool down opened the windows and kinda helped, otherwise our stay is good.
